The ASICS FrontRunner UK & Ireland team came together for their Spring/Summer 2026 weekend meet from 17–19 April at the Village Hotel in Reading, uniting members for a memorable few days of connection, movement, and wellbeing.
With April marking Stress Awareness Month in the UK, the weekend was thoughtfully themed around managing and reducing stress. The programme reflected this focus, offering a range of restorative and educational experiences alongside running. Team members had access to massage therapists and reflexologists, took part in a unique floating sound bath, and joined a dedicated stress management workshop designed to provide practical tools for everyday life.

Running remained at the heart of the gathering, highlighted by a spirited Ekiden relay that brought the team together in a shared challenge of teamwork and performance.

The UK & Ireland team were also joined by Lina from the ASICS Central team, strengthening ties across the global FrontRunner community and adding a broader perspective to the weekend.
The event reflected the FrontRunner commitment to balancing training with recovery, ensuring athletes feel supported both physically and mentally as they head into the season ahead.
