Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Support but poor quality I have always had ASICS but for a short while I switched to a competitor. The lack of support in this other brand caused knee pain but as soon as I switched back the pain went. This is of course was amazing. However the poor quality of the upper is showing on both shoes. The upper matterial where is joins the plastic toe bumper is just breaking away. I emailed ASICS with photos and they could not be bothered to reply

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It hurts I'm slightly baffled by the reviews calling this shoe comfortable. The Furjitrabuco has the same problem I experienced with the Sonoma 3 (both GTX as I think there is non-GTX variation as well) - The collar is incredibly hard. Admittedly, the lining on it is more than what you can find on the Sonoma, but 170 km into it, I still can't make it feel comfortable even with thick sock. For reference - the Sonoma took less than 100 and I hated it. I would call the entire upper a bit too stiff and I would argue that this applies even to the toe box (with is admittedly spacious enough). This is sad because the shoe is otherwise great - provides great grip; it is well cushioned for a trail runner and doesn't have hot spots.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Recent purchase I wanted a decent running shoe for winter when grass is very muddy and it is wet. These have been great in terms of grip and keeping my feet dry

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good grip - like the colour Very nice shoe. I like to colours. Good grip - which is why I bought them. However, my knee now hurts because they a different from my old trainers, mainly because I did not transfer my orthotics - I should have switched gradually. With my orthotics, the top/back of my heel rubs, although I expect that will ease with use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Toe box broken in less than 10 km. I bought this model four days ago and I strongly regret it. They are "designed" for ultras, but the truth is that in less than four days I have the front toe box broken. Really disappointing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for trail running A slightly tighter fit that usual, but good support.
