Buy yourself a new favourite item today and simply pay for it later within 30 days. That way you can take another close look at it before you pay. And here's how it works:
- Select "Invoice" as the method of payment at checkout. This is where you decide whether you want to pay in 30 days.
You will receive your invoice after the purchase is made. You can conveniently pay for this in our app or online. By the way, you can also temporarily pause a payment if there is a problem.
If you want to return goods, you can easily register your returns in the Klarna app in order to pause the invoice until the returns are processed. We will update your invoice as soon as the goods have been received by the retailer.
Klarna instalment purchase
Buy today and spread the costs out in fixed or flexible instalments for up to 24 months.
- No prior registration is required for a Klarna instalment purchase. You can decide to use this method of payment at checkout.

I have received an invoice that I have already paid. What do I do now?
Check whether the invoice amount has been debited from your bank account, and whether Klarna was the recipient of the payment. If your payment has not been debited, despite the correct payment details, log into your Klarna account and select "Report a problem" in order to pause your invoice. If you have made the payment directly to ASICS, please make another payment to Klarna and contact us for a refund.
I have not received my order. What is happening with my invoice?
You do not need to pay your invoice if you have not received your order. If the payment deadline is approaching and you still do not have any information regarding the status of the delivery, please contact us. Log into your Klarna account and select "Report a problem" to pause your invoice until your order arrives.
The amount on my invoice is incorrect. What do I do now?
If the invoice amount does not match your order, please contact us directly to correct your purchase amount. Log into your Klarna account and select "Report a problem" to pause your invoice until this has been corrected.
I would like to make a return. What do I do now?
Follow the return instructions and keep the tracking number for your return. Log into your Klarna account and select "Report a return" to pause your invoice. Once the retailer has registered your return, you will receive a corrected invoice.
