O mnie
After many years of team sports, it wasn't until after the birth of my fourth child that I began running as a sport in and of itself instead of as cross-training. After my first 5-km race, I was hooked. The races then became longer and more adventurous, bringing me to the desert, the arctic and even to base camp Mt. Everest. And in 2021 I represented Germany at the Expedition-length Adventure Racing World- and European Championships. My new passion is the greatest competitive endurance competition: the Backyard Ultramarathon! Now I share those experiences and stories in books and talks.
