O mnie

My name is Kostadina, I’m 26 years old, and I live in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. I graduated as a physiotherapist in the summer of 2025.

My running journey truly began four years ago when I wanted to discover the joy of running, which has now become a great passion.

I’ve completed five half marathons in Copenhagen, Paris, Amsterdam and Sweden, and I ran my own marathon from Copenhagen to Helsingør – a personal challenge that strengthened my love and motivation for running. In May 2025, I also completed my first official marathon.

I love the community aspect of running and have participated in several social runs, where sharing the experience with others keeps me inspired. As a physiotherapist, I understand how essential movement is for both body and mind, and I share my experiences to motivate others.

I’m proud to be part of the ASICS FrontRunner team, where I can continue spreading the joy of running and encourage more people to take their first step! ❤️
