Your favourite workout?
With my hectic schedule, I've found that skipping fits perfectly into my lifestyle. I incorporate a mix of skipping and bodyweight exercises, and after just 10 minutes, I'm usually drenched in sweat.
If I have time, I thoroughly enjoy going for a run, as I find it to be a meditative experience that allows me to reflect on my day.
