Your favourite workout?

With my hectic schedule, I've found that skipping fits perfectly into my lifestyle. I incorporate a mix of skipping and bodyweight exercises, and after just 10 minutes, I'm usually drenched in sweat.

If I have time, I thoroughly enjoy going for a run, as I find it to be a meditative experience that allows me to reflect on my day.

What is Sound Mind Sound Body to you?

My primary motivation for exercising is to maintain my mental health. Regardless of how challenging my day may be, I've found that exercise never fails to improve my mood.
