At ASICS, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product you have purchased from our online store. To assist you in the returns process, we have set out the ASICS Online Purchase Returns Policy and Returns Process below.
You can return your purchase for a refund under this Returns Policy if:
The products are returned within 45 days of delivery |
The products are unworn and unused in original packaging, boxes and tags intact |
If returning via post, lodge returns via our returns portal If returning in store, ensure you bring proof of purchase with you |
Please note:
- We do not exchange products. To change a size or style, the original item must be returned; then a new item purchased.
- All return requests must be approved by ASICS before they are returned.

Returns Policy
Please refer to the Terms of Sale on this Site for the meaning of capitalised words and expressions not otherwise defined in this document.
Subject to the terms and conditions that follow below you may return an Online Purchase for the following reasons:- You have changed your mind about the product; or
- The product does not match your order; or
- The product has a fault.
Returns Policy
Please note:- We do not exchange products. To change a size or style, the original item must be returned; then a new item purchased.
- All return requests must be approved by ASICS before they are returned (as per the Returns Process below).
Change of mind returns
Returning an item or a size that you ordered but no longer want is a change of mind.
If you wish to return an Online Purchase due to change of mind, it must be:- The original Online Purchase
- Unworn and unused
- In the original packaging, boxes and tags intact
- In a new saleable condition
- Returned within 45 days if you checked out as a guest and 60 days if you checked out as a OneASICS member from when the order is received
- OneASICS Member orders - receive free returns
- Guest orders - $9.99 will be automatically deducted from your return

- If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact customer service click here. A customer service representative will respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
- If you have received an item that you consider is faulty, please click here, and fill out the form. A claims representative will respond within 2 business days with the next steps.

How to Return via Post
Checked out as a OneASICS Member?
Returns are free! Click the link below and follow the steps to lodge your return and print out your pre-paid postage label and packing slip.
Checked out as a guest?
Click the link below and follow the steps to lodge your return and print out your postage label and packing slip. $9.99 will be automatically deducted from your return.
Want to use your own service?
Click the link below and follow the steps to lodge your return and print out your packing slip. This is not a pre-paid label.
After printing your packing slip you will need to purchase a shipping label from a shipping provider eg. Australia Post. Please include your packing slip within your parcel to avoid any processing delays. If you are unable to print, please bring the below postage label to an Australia Post Office and recite the RMA Number for assistance.
Verification
Once ASICS receives the Online Purchase product and verifies that the product accords with the description of the problem or issue you supplied, ASICS will:
- If the product is returned due to change of mind and the product meets the policy criteria above for change of mind returns as determined by ASICS, you will receive a refund for this product. The shipping fee that you pay to return the change of mind Online Purchase is non-refundable. If the product is returned due to change of mind and the product does not meet the policy criteria above as determined by ASICS, the product will be returned to you and all freight and handling charges (to you) will be borne by ASICS.
- If the product is returned due to fault and is deemed faulty as determined by ASICS, the product will be refunded and all freight and handling charges will be borne by ASICS.
- If the product is returned due to a fault and is not deemed to be faulty as determined by ASICS, the product will be returned to you and all freight and handling charges (to you) will be borne by ASICS.
- Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method.
- ASICS will endeavour to complete the verification process within 7 business days of the receipt of the returned products. If you fail to obtain written authorisation from ASICS to return a product ASICS will not process your request. The product will be returned to you and all freight and handling charges (to you) will be borne by ASICS.
Please note that returns will only be accepted if the request meets all necessary criteria as requested and disclosed to ASICS customer service and complies with our Returns Process (above).

How to Return In Store
Click & Collect orders can be returned either in store or returned via the online return process.
Returning in store
- • Bring your product/s
- • Original packaging/box with all tags attached
- • In a new saleable condition
- • Returned within 45 days of when you received the order
- • OneASICS member orders – receive free returns
- • Guest order - $9.99 will be automatically deducted from your return

EXCHANGES
We currently don’t accept exchanges through asics.com/th. We only refund orders that meet our return policy (explained above).
EXCHANGE/REFUND FOR PRODUCTS NOT PURCHASED FROM ASICS
To exchange/refund products that were not purchased from an ASICS store, please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased.
ONLINE PURCHASES
For purchases made online, only returns are allowed via postal returns.

IF YOU RECEIVED DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCTS
A defective product is defined as a product that:
- Is unfit for its intended purposes due to manufacturing or design flaws
- Has been damaged in the store prior to purchase
- Does not comply with advertising or labelling statements made about the product
When you return a product to ASICS claiming a defect, the product goes through a structured quality testing. Defects as a result of normal wear and tear, inexpert use, misuse, use contrary to ASICS’ instructions, carelessness, accident, failure to comply with maintenance instructions and/or normal maintenance, for purposes other than normal use are not covered by ASICS’ guarantee obligations and are not eligible for refund, replacement or repair.
If you have received defective or wrong products, please contact our Customer Care at customers-th@asics.com and we’ll be happy to assist you. Our normal business hours are 09:00 to 17:00 7GMT +7, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

WHEN YOU CAN RETURN AN ITEM
• If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your items, except all sale items, socks and innerwear items, with original tags and in their original packaging.
• All purchases in asics.com/th have a free 14 days return policy from the date of receiving your order. Please make sure that:
- All tags are still attached
- The product is unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- It's in its original packaging
Return Methods:
Postal Returns
- Only online orders purchased on asics.com/th with Home Delivery as the delivery option can be returned via this process.
- Please note that an online return request form has to be raised in order to process your return.
- Please ensure you include the return form together with your return parcel.
- If the return form is misplaced, please contact Customer Service for a copy of it.
- Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be refunded.
