COURIER INFORMATION

Our goal is to deliver within the above mentioned times. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local public holidays.

All deliveries in the Thailand are made through Kerry Logistics, and you can track the status of your delivery through their website (https://kerriertnt.kerrylogistics.com/) with the shipment tracking number that can be found in your shipment confirmation email or via “My Account”. For further information, contact our Customer Care.

In exceptional circumstances, please note that you may receive your order in multiple shipments and possibly on different dates.

In the event of any signs of severely damaged packaging (eg. torn, with holes etc), please reject shipment(s) from the courier company.  

BILLING, CREDIT CARD AND ADDRESS DETAILS

To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Please also ensure delivery address is entered correctly.

Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank and incorrect delivery address will result in delays to your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect information.

Any temporary authorizations placed on your card when placing an order should drop off in approximately 7 working days or more, depending on your issuing bank.

CANCELLING AND MODIFYING ORDERS

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed.
