About me

I’m Dennis. I love the trails and the roads, the socials, and the solitude of running. I like to challenge myself over different distances, last year I took on the Jurassic Coast 100km Ultra and this year I’m focussing on getting faster over 5k. As a runner, I’m very much a work in progress and I’m trying to improve how I approach my training. Beyond this, what really motivates me is helping other people, particularly those from underrepresented groups, to dream big and achieve their running goals.
