I’m Dad to three and Grandad to two. For work I've been a designer in the gaming industry for over 30 years with a year out last year as a lecturer. I’ve been an amateur guitarist from the age of 8. Turning 40, I started running after getting a place in the London Marathon. Deferral led to running it in 2012 and a love of running was born. A love that’s grown ever since. Very proud Chair of Ogmore Phoenix Runners, Welsh Athletics Inspirational Club of the Year 2020!
