A Londoner from Brussels with Vietnamese roots.

I turned to running in late 2023 to cope with the grief of losing my mum to lung cancer and to raise awareness for cancer-related charities. What began as a way to clear my mind has grown into a journey of healing, resilience, and hope.

Running has transformed my life, becoming a space where I embrace vulnerability, celebrate strength, and find a sense of peace. I’m excited to take on new adventures, whether on the road or trail, tackle challenges, support causes close to my heart, and inspire others to discover the physical and mental benefits of movement.
