My name is Nina and I’m a Black, mixed race, Queer, female runner based in West London! I’ve been running for the last 7 years and my thing is endurance running - the longer the distance the more time to untangle my thoughts and feel those endorphins. I’m super pleased to be joining the ASICS FrontRunner family and am hoping to encourage more people within my community to start or continue running and feel the positive mental effects!
