Hey everyone, I'm Rachel! I'm a member of the ASICS UK & Ireland FrontRunner team and I'm based in Dublin. You'll usually find me running with my run club in Phoenix Park and often venturing into the Dublin & Wicklow mountains or back up home to the north coast for some trail adventures. I have ran 8 marathons including two world majors (London and Chicago) - I hope to follow in the footsteps of many fellow FrontRunners and achieve the six star medal some day! This year I am running Dublin and Valencia marathon - it will be my second time at both. I'm a huge parkrun advocate and I'm part of the core team at my local event. Running and going to the gym to improve my strength really help me balance my stress levels and ensure I get out & about while working from home full time. I'm also a Swiftie and love country music, I always have a trip booked and I'd live off chips, chocolate, and Diet Coke if I could.
