IDENTITY OF ASICS

In these general Terms and Conditions as well as this Website ("Website"), “SONAK", “us”, “our” or "we" refers to SONAK CORPORATION, a company incorporated and registered in the Philippines. The registered office of SONAK is located at Sonak Centre, 2nd floor Km. 18 West Service Road, Paranaque, Metro Manila Philippines 1700. SONAK is the authorized distributor of ASICS products within the Philippines and is a licensee of the ASICS website in the Philippines.

"ASICS" refers to ASICS Asia Pte Ltd, a company incorporated and registered in Singapore. The registered office of ASICS is located at One Raffles Place, #24-00, Singapore 048616. ASICS is registered in the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority under registration number 201213268K.


Agreement to OneASICS™ Terms and Conditions

OneASICS™ is a free loyalty program for customers of ASICS Philippines. Members with qualifying purchases will earn OneASICS™ points. Members can then redeem the points for vouchers from ASICS and other lifestyle brands in our Rewards Catalog.

By registering as a OneASICS™ member, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any changes or modifications we may make to these Terms and Conditions and/or the OneASICS™ program.

You should review these Terms and Conditions and any related terms, policies and informational pieces, such as our FAQs on OneASICS™ frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to OneASICS™ as they may change from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have or have had with us, including any agreement for products or services you purchase from ASICS.

By enrolling in the OneASICS™ program, you also agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy and ASICS website’s Terms and Conditions, as applicable, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy or the ASICS website’s Terms and Conditions, you could not register as a OneASICS™ member and you would be excluded from the full benefits of OneASICS™ membership.


Membership

OneASICS™ membership is open to residents of the Philippines who are eighteen (18) years of age or older who intend to use the program for personal use, and have a valid email account and mobile number with the +63 country code. Each member can only have one account, and membership and points are non-transferable. There is no registration fee or any ongoing fees required for OneASICS™ membership. No purchase is necessary to enroll into OneASICS™.

You can register online at https://www.asics.com/ph/en-ph/Account-login or by selecting the “My Account” option on the home page at ASICS.com. When registering online, you will be required to provide your first name, last name, email address and mobile number when you enroll. You may also be asked for your birthday. You will also be required to create a password for your OneASICS™ account. You may also have the opportunity to provide us with other information, like your interests and gender, but this information is optional. You will be required to confirm that you have read these OneASICS™ Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy when you register for OneASICS™.


Points & Tiers

You can earn and redeem points through OneASICS™ at both our Retail Stores and Online Store. Upon joining, you will be inducted into Tier 1 (Premier), where every one hundred Pesos (PHP 100.00) spent earns you ten (10) points, excluding shipping fees. When you reach Tier 2 (Premium), every one hundred Pesos (PHP 100.00) spent earns you twelve(12) points. At Tier 3 (Prestige), every one hundred Pesos (PHP 100.00) spent earns you fifteen (15) points.

You must be a member of OneASICS™ before your purchases can earn you points. Points will be added to your account within three (3) working days after your purchase. The points you received will have a “Pending” OneASICS™ for fifteen (15) days before you can use them for redemption. Points will expire three hundred sixty-five (365) days after your last points issuance. Should you make a new purchase, your total points will have another three hundred sixty-five (365) day validity.

Points cannot be earned on the purchase and or use of Gift Cards, Vouchers, Discount Coupons and Shipping fees. Points are for promotional use only and do not have financial or any kind of value and cannot be used beyond the OneASICS™ Rewards catalog or ASICS retail outlets. Points cannot be combined or transferred to any other members or accounts. You may use OneASICS™ points to offset your total purchase price at a rate of four (4) points to one Peso (PHP 1.00) at our retail stores in addition to the redeeming for vouchers and other items in the online rewards catalog.

To upgrade into Tier 2, you need to accumulate a total of fifteen thousand Pesos (PHP 15,000.00) spent in a calendar year. Once achieved, you will be upgraded from Tier 1 to Tier 2. To remain in Tier 2, simply accumulate fifteen thousand Pesos (PHP 15,000.00) spent within each year you wish to remain. For example, you accumulated fifteen thousand Pesos (PHP 15,000.00) on the 2 July 2023, you will be in Tier 2 until 1 July 2024. To remain in Tier 2 after 1 July 2024, you must accumulate another fifteen thousand Pesos (PHP 15,000.00) within a year from your upgrade to Tier 2. Any returns, refunds and cancellations will reduce your accumulated spend and may lead to a downgrade in Tier.


Rewards & Redemption

Points earned and accumulated can be redeemed for rewards from the rewards catalog. All points redemptions are final, non-returnable and non-refundable. All redemptions are to be made by members online, even when members want to use the redemption in store. While points earned are immediate, they will have a pending OneASICS™ of fifteen (15) days to cater for delivery and returns. Members can make a redemption after the fifteen (15)-day pending period. 

Rewards of partnering merchants in the rewards catalog are also bound to the terms and conditions of our partners providing the rewards. Members are responsible to adhere to them in addition to the Terms and Conditions of OneASICS™.

Rewards may come in a limited quantity or time period. We reserve the right to reverse the redemption and return the points to members should the reward be out of stock or for any other reason.


Communications

When you sign up for OneASICS™, you will have the opportunity to opt in for marketing messages. You may later at any time unsubscribe from the marketing messages, but you will still receive the communication for your OneASICS™ related transactions. To stop receiving OneASICS™ related communications, you must terminate your OneASICS™ account.


Changes, Termination, or Removal from Program

a. Program Modification. The OneASICS™ program and its associated benefits are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, cancel, or terminate these Terms and Conditions, any related policies, and the OneASICS™ program or any of its features, in whole or in part, without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, adjusting the Spend-to-Points and Points-to-Rewards conversion ratios, or altering the expiration terms for Points and Rewards. Changes made may impact a OneASICS™ member's ability to utilize previously accumulated Points and/or Rewards.

b. Account Auditing and Termination. We may audit your OneASICS™ account and exclude you from or cancel your membership at any time and without prior notice. Engaging in any misconduct such as misusing the program, failing to abide by these Terms and Conditions, illegal activities, fraud, misrepresentation, or any behavior that undermines our interests may result in your membership being revoked and make you ineligible for further participation in OneASICS™. In such cases, we reserve the right to pursue legal action.

c. Membership Cancellation. If you choose to withdraw from the OneASICS™ program, you may do so at any time by opting out through your OneASICS™ account on ASICS.com, or by contacting the ASICS Customer Support Team.

d. Consequences of Suspension or Termination. Should your OneASICS™ membership be suspended, canceled, or terminated, you will no longer be eligible to receive any OneASICS™ benefits, including any unclaimed benefits. Furthermore, any unused Points or Rewards accumulated in your OneASICS™ account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.


Returns Policy (addition to the current Returns Policy)

Tiers

Returns and refunds may reduce your total accumulated spend and downgrade your tier. For example, you are in Tier 1 and have an accumulated spend of ten thousand Pesos (PHP 10,000.00). You then make another purchase of ten thousand Pesos (PHP 10,000.00). Your total accumulated spend for the year is now at twenty thousand Pesos (PHP 20,000.00) and you would have qualified for Tier 2 and its benefits. But you returned six thousand Pesos (PHP 6,000.00) worth of items, making your accumulated spend for the year fourteen thousand Pesos (PHP 14,000.00), dropping you back to Tier 1.

Points

(In store with voucher - Exchange)

When you make a purchase in store and pay with a combination of fiat and points or a voucher from the points you redeemed, you will earn points only on the fiat payment. Then if your return request is approved, you will receive a credit note amounting to the total of fiat and voucher you used. The use of this credit note will not earn you any points.

(In store with voucher - Refund)

When you make a purchase in store and pay with a combination of fiat and points or a voucher from the points you redeemed, you will earn points only on the fiat payment. Then if your refund request is approved, you will receive your fiat payment back and the corresponding points earned will be called back. The voucher you used to make the payment may be given back to you either as a voucher or as corresponding points on a case-to-case basis.

(Online with voucher - Exchange/Refund)

When you make a purchase online and pay with a combination of fiat and points or a voucher from the points you redeemed, you will earn points only on the fiat payment. Then if your return request is approved, you will receive your fiat payment back and the corresponding points earned will be called back. The voucher you used to make the payment may be given back to you either as a voucher or as corresponding points on a case-to-case basis.
