What is the right shoe to start road running?

Depending on your pronation level, there are a few choices for running beginners:

- Neutral runners: GEL-CUMULUS

- Overpronators: GT-1000

- Severe overpronators: GT-2000

What is the right shoe for experienced road runners?

Depending on your pronation level, there are a few choices for people who run 2-3 times a week and are looking to move on from their beginner shoes.

- Neutral runners: GEL-NIMBUS

- Overpronators: GEL-KAYANO

- Server overpronators: GT-3000

What is the right shoe for elite road runners?

Professional athletes rely on ASICS running shoes at some of the biggest races in the world.

What is pronation?

- Pronation describes the way your foot rolls inward as your foot lands on the ground.

- Underpronation: your foot doesn’t roll inward enough and the ground impact is transferred up your lower leg

- Neutral pronation: your foot rolls inwards the ideal amount for an efficient and safe push off

- Overpronation: your foot rolls inwards too much and as you move forward all your body weight is on the inside of your foot

How will my ASICS shoes wear down? 

 Like any product used regularly, your shoes will wear down. How quickly depends on your body weight, foot type and mileage. They may wear down faster if you:

- run on the road at all times

- overpronate

We recommend changing your running shoes between 600 and 800 km.

How do I clean running shoes? 

Remove the sock-liner or insole and wash them separately Get mud and grit off the shoe by hand Let your shoes dry naturally – don’t put them on the radiator Get more shoe cleaning advice.

OneASICS™

What is OneASICS™?

OneASICS™ is a free loyalty program for customers of ASICS Philippines. Members with qualifying purchases will earn OneASICS points. Members can then redeem the points for vouchers from ASICS and other lifestyle brands in our Rewards Catalog.

How do I register for OneASICS™?

You can register as a OneASICS member for free at ASICS.com, subject to terms and conditions. OneASICS™ is completely virtual and you will not be issued a physical card.

How does OneASICS™ work?

Once you are a member of OneASICS™, you can start earning points on qualifying purchases at ASICS Retail Stores and ASICS Online Stores (within the Philippines).

The points you earn can be used to make redemptions at our Rewards Catalog for ASICS Vouchers, Members Only Offers, Lifestyle Rewards and much more.

The amount of OneASICS™ points you earn on your purchases will depend on the tier you are in.

What are my OneASICS™ benefits?

What are the OneASICS™ Tiers and Points?

There are three tiers in OneASICS™:

  • Tier 1 (Premier)

  • Tier 2 (Premium) and

  • Tier 3 (Prestige)

Tier 1 earns you ten (10) points for every one hundred Pesos (PHP 100.00) spent. While Tier 2 earns you twelve (12) points for every one hundred Pesos (PHP 100.00) spent. And Tier 3 earns you fifteen (15) points for every one hundred Pesos (PHP 100.00) spent.

Once you’ve signed up as a OneASICS™ member, you will be automatically inducted into Tier 1. Upgrading to Tier 2 will require you to accumulate a total spend of fifteen thousand Pesos (PHP 15,000.00) within a year. You will then be upgraded to Tier 2 for a year from the day you got upgraded.

Upgrading from Tier 2 to Tier 3 will require you to accumulate a total spend of forty thousand Pesos (PHP 40,000.00) within a year. You will then be upgraded to Tier 3 for a year from the day you got upgraded.

How do I maintain in Tier 2 or 3?

To remain in Tier 2 will require you to accumulate a total spend of fifteen thousand Pesos (PHP 15,000.00) within a year of your upgrade. Doing so will qualify you to remain in Tier 2 throughout another year.

To remain in Tier 3 will require you to accumulate a total spend of forty thousand Pesos (PHP 40,000.00) within a year of your upgrade. Doing so will qualify you to remain in Tier 3 throughout another year.

How do I make a redemption online?

Login to your account, navigate to the Rewards Catalog page and make a redemption.

How do I make a redemption instore?

You will first need to go online, login and make a redemption. The voucher will be sent to the cashier for you to use in store. Alternatively, if you have yet to accumulate sufficient points for any redemption, you can use your points as a payment tender to offset the total price at the cashier counter at a rate of four (4) points to one Peso (PHP 1.00).

Can I redeem my OneASICS™ points for cash?

No. OneASICS™ points can only be exchanged for items in the Rewards Catalog or used to offset your purchase amount.

Why are my OneASICS points pending?

You will be issued corresponding points after your purchase is delivered. But the status of the points will be PENDING for fifteen (15) days before you can start using them. This is to allow returns of the items purchased.

What happens to my points if I return a product/cancel an order?

The corresponding points will be called back from your Points Pending Total.

What happens if I return a product but have already used the issued points?

In this case we can only issue you a voucher to replace your purchase. We will not be able to make a refund on this purchase. The use of a voucher will not earn any points.

Can I return my redemption?

All redemptions cannot be reversed and are final.

Can I stack my redemption vouchers with other discount codes?

You may use your redemption voucher with other discount codes, but such discount codes are not stackable with other discount codes.

When will my points expire?

Points will not expire as long as you make one purchase (no minimum purchase required) within one year of your last purchase. If you do not have any new purchase, your points will expire one year after your last purchase.

Can I donate my points?

Giving back to the community is important for us, you may donate your points by making a redemption via the redemption catalog.

Are my credit card details secure?

Yes, your card details are absolutely secure. In the checkout area you'll see a green padlock on the address bar, showing this is a secure area. 

And our site has the VeriSign Secured logo showing we have SSL certification (TBC).

ORDERING

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we are not able to take orders over the phone at this moment.

Do I need to create an account before ordering?

You have the option to place an order as a guest or with an account creation. Account creation is highly recommended. It can save you time during checkout as it saves your address and billing details for future purchases. 

When will I get an order confirmation?

Upon placing an order successfully, you will receive a successful order placement email. After which, it generally takes about 1 working day for us to confirm your order and you will receive an order confirmation email after. In the event we need to do additional inventory checks, it may take slightly longer. 

If you have not received an order confirmation after 2 working days, you may also wish to check your spam/junk box as it may be filtered by your email provider. There may be possibility that there is an error in the email addresses provided as well. Otherwise, please contact our Customer Care on customers-ph@asics.com for assistance.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Why was my order cancelled?

In the rare circumstance that we may need to cancel your order, below are some possible scenarios that may dictate our cancellation initiation:

- Stock availability issues: This could be due to the product(s) being our of stock before we could process your order

- Payment issues: This could be because your payment did not go through successfully

- Delivery address issues: This could be due to an incorrect address entered or incomplete delivery address

How do I use a promotion code?

If you have an ASICS promotion code, you can enter it while viewing your shopping cart.

1. Click the "View Cart" button

2. Locate the promotion code box just below "Order Summary"

3. Enter the promo code in the box. Please note that the promo code is code sensitive

4. Click "Apply"

The promotion code discount will be reflected in the "Total" amount.
