Wie komt in aanmerking voor de kortingen voor gezondheidswerkers?

Onder voorbehoud van de Programmavoorwaarden komen de meeste typen medische professionals, waaronder artsen, verpleegkundigen en medische onderzoekers, in aanmerking voor de korting. Geschiktheid is onderhevig aan verificatie. De Korting voor Gezondheidswerkers is niet beschikbaar voor inwoners van België, Portugal of Polen. De geschiktheid van studenten in deze landen blijft ongewijzigd.

Wie komt in aanmerking voor de studentenkorting?

We bieden studenten een korting van 10% aan op een selectie van schoenen met de volle prijs en een korting van 10% op een selectie van kleding en accessoires met de volle prijs, zowel online als in onze winkels. Onder voorbehoud van de algemene voorwaarden van het Programma is de studentenkorting beschikbaar voor een breed scala van studenten in Europa. Dit omvat bachelorstudenten (voor het volgende academische jaar), huidige universiteits- en hogeschoolstudenten, en studenten die zijn ingeschreven voor postuniversitaire, professionele of doctoraatsprogramma's. Geschiktheid is onderhevig aan verificatie.

Moet ik OneASICS™ lid zijn om in aanmerking te komen voor mijn korting?

Ja. Om te verifiëren of je in aanmerking komt voor een ASICS Kortingsprogramma via SheerID, moet je eerst OneASICS™ lid zijn. Klik hier om je in te schrijven voor het OneASICS™ Programma.

Wat is SheerID?

ASICS werkt samen met SheerID, een vertrouwde externe dienstverlener, om je geschiktheid voor een ASICS Kortingsprogramma te verifiëren en bevestigen via hun verificatieproces. SheerID verricht het verificatieproces buiten ASICS om en kan je om informatie of documentatie vragen om je geschiktheid te bevestigen. Welke soort documentatie moet ik uploaden?

Hoe lang doet SheerID erover om mijn geschiktheid te verifiëren?

In de meeste gevallen is de verificatie zo goed als onmiddellijk afgerond; soms moeten er echter documenten worden beoordeeld en kan dit tot 20 minuten duren. Zodra je status is geverifieerd, word je op de hoogte gebracht via e-mail en zie je op je OneASICS™ account dat je in aanmerking komt voor een korting. Houd er echter rekening mee dat verificatie niet gegarandeerd is en je geschiktheid kan worden geweigerd.

Moet ik mijn geschiktheid verifiëren via SheerID elke keer dat ik een bestelling plaats?

Nee, na verificatie van je geschiktheid via SheerID blijft deze geldig op je OneASICS™ account gedurende één (1) jaar. Daarna moet je je geschiktheid jaarlijks opnieuw verifiëren via SheerID om de korting te blijven ontvangen.

Hoe pas ik mijn korting toe?

Onder voorbehoud van de Programmavoorwaarden is je korting beschikbaar op je OneASICS™ account zodra je status geverifieerd is. Wanneer je bent ingelogd, kun je voor een online aankoop je korting toepassen op in aanmerking komende producten binnen je winkelmandje vóór het afrekenen.

Hoe vaak mag ik mijn korting gebruiken?

Onder voorbehoud van de Programmavoorwaarden kun je zodra je status is geverifieerd je korting gebruiken voor maximaal één (1) aankoop per periode van 90 dagen. De korting kan niet worden toegepast op koopwaar in de uitverkoop of met gereduceerde prijs of worden gecombineerd met andere aanbiedingen, coupons, kortingen of voordelen. Houd er rekening mee dat je korting uitsluitend bedoeld is voor persoonlijk gebruik. Aankopen van producten voor doorverkoop of enig ander commercieel doel zijn ten strengste verboden. Vermeende frauduleuze activiteiten, bulkbestellingen, doorverkoop en/of schending of misbruik van dit Programma zullen resulteren in de onmiddellijke stopzetting van het account en/of annulering van de bestelling, en kunnen de garantie en het gerelateerde retourbeleid ongeldig maken.

Kan ik deze korting in een ASICS winkel gebruiken?

Nee, de korting kan niet in ASICS winkels worden verzilverd. De korting is alleen geldig op ASICS.com in Europa.

Program Terms

• The ASICS Discount Program (the “Program”) is available to the following community groups (each, a “Community”): Healthcare Workers and Students. Please note that each Community may have its own specific eligibility requirements and may offer different discount percentages (each a “Discount”). Participants may only be eligible for and verified under one (1) Community at a time.
• The Healthcare Worker Discount is not available to residents of Belgium, Portugal, or Poland. Student eligibility in these countries remains unaffected.
• The Program is provided by ASICS Europe B.V. (“ASICS”) and these Program Terms (the "Terms") govern your enrolment and participation in the Program.
• To be eligible for the Program, you must: (1) be an active OneASICS™ member; (2) be a current resident of a country where the Program is offered and (3) provide verification of your eligibility for one (1) Community to our third party ID verification provider, SheerID. If you no longer meet these eligibility requirements or if you terminate your OneASICS™ account, your participation in the Program will be terminated. Please note that verification is not guaranteed, and you may be denied eligibility where verification is unsuccessful or cannot be completed.
• Once you have been verified by SheerID and deemed eligible for the Program, you may apply your Discount on up to one (1) purchase per 90-day period, at ASICS.com. Taxes and shipping charges are calculated after the discount has been applied.
• Unused Discounts do not roll over to future 90-day periods; any Discount not used within a given 90-day period will automatically expire and be forfeited.
• The Discount is subject to availability and is valid only while supplies last on eligible full-priced in-stock products. The Discount does not apply to sale or reduced-priced products and may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, promotions, or benefits. Certain other restrictions and exclusions may apply.
• The Discount does not apply to prior purchases, gift cards, gift certificates, taxes, or shipping and handling charges. The Discount has no cash value and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and is not redeemable for cash, cash equivalent, or store credit.
• Participation in the Program is personal, non-transferable and Discounts are to be used exclusively for the benefit of the verified participant only. Products ordered must solely be for the verified participant’s personal use. No orders will be accepted for or on behalf of others than the participant under this Program. Any purchase of products using your discount for resale or any other commercial purpose is strictly prohibited. ASICS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review and cancel any orders that it suspects are intended for resale or any other commercial purpose, including but not limited to orders with unusual quantities, patterns, or other indicators of resale activity. Any suspected fraudulent activity, bulk ordering, resale, violation, and/or abuse of this Program or these Terms will result in immediate account suspension and/or order cancellation, deactivation of your Discount, or other appropriate action and may void the warranty and return policies related thereto.
• ASICS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, extend, or terminate this Program, these Terms or any Discount upon reasonable notice.
• ASICS products purchased under this Program are subject to any applicable ASICS policies, including, without limitation, ASICS’ Terms and conditions, Promotions, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy.
• For any return or warranty service, including any credit given, the discounted purchase price of the product paid by you shall be used, and not the full, non-discounted price of the product.
• If any provision of these Terms for any reason is deemed invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of the competent jurisdiction, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms, and the invalidity of the provision will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Terms (which will remain in full force and effect).
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
• If a dispute arises under or in connection with this Agreement, the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands (District Court of Amsterdam / Rechtbank Amsterdam) are competent to hear the dispute. However, if you are a consumer and you normally live in an EU Member State, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the EU Member State where you are domiciled. We may bring proceedings against you only in the courts of the EU Member State where you are domiciled, except where EU law allows otherwise (for example, if you and we agree on Dutch courts after a dispute has arisen, or in case of a counterclaim).

Privacy Notice

To verify your eligibility for certain ASICS discounts, we use SheerID, a third‑party verification service. When you choose to verify your status, you will be asked to provide limited personal data (such as your name and student/work email address).SheerID processes this information on ASICS’ behalf and solely for the purpose of confirming your eligibility, based on the need to perform the Program Terms you entered into to receive the discount (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). SheerID will retain your personal data for a maximum of 13 months. Any documents you provide will only be retained for 7 days and will then be securely destroyed.
