Returns Policy


Out of extreme precaution for the safety and well being of our employees and due to COVID-19, there may be a delay of processing returns. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise purchased on may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase if it meets the following conditions:

  • Merchandise was purchased on We do not accept returns from ASICS stores or other authorized retailers.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. Original condition is defined as:
    • All tags still attached to product.
    • Material must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
    • Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
  • Return shipment must include the packing slip.
  • Reason for return must be indicated.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount. Items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser. Returns can only be completed in the country where the product was purchased.

Please Note: Merchandise purchased from cannot be returned to ASICS retail stores.


  1. To initiate your free return please contact one of our Customer Care agents by emailing . When emailing our Customer Care agents please include your order number as the subject line. Additionally, when calling our agents please have your order number ready.
  2. Our agents will directly email you with your pre-paid label with your RMA Number to include on your package.


Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for us to receive and process your item(s). All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it.  Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your monthly printed statement.  You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your return.

ASICS is not able to accept return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than To return products purchased at another store, please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased.

ASICS Canada reserves the right to make adjustments to the return policy.

EXCHANGES does not currently offer exchanges.


If we made an error on your order, please contact us immediately at and we will be happy to assist you. Our normal business hours are 10:00AM to 7:00PM EST, Monday thru Friday.


Both items, used in conjunction with each other to receive the BUY 1, GET 1 Promotion, must be returned in the same package to receive a refund. Refunds will not be given for returns with only one item. If you require a different size for one item please contact Customer Care at and we will be happy to assist you.
