店舗にてご購入商品の返品・交換時の注意事項

お客様都合によるご購入商品の返品・交換につきましては、 以下に該当する場合はお受けいたしかねます。
返品・交換の際は、ご購入時にお渡ししたレシートをご持参ください。
また、直営店舗でご購入いただいた商品は、 ご購入店舗にて返品・交換いただきますよう、ご協力のほどお願いいたします。

【返品・交換不可の商品】
・ご購入日を含め30日を過ぎた商品
・シューズボックス、商品タグ、付属品がない商品
・使用した形跡のある商品（香水やたばこのにおいが付着している商品を含む）
・セール品、アウトレット品
・一部限定商品
・免税販売にて購入された商品

※お客様都合による交換をご希望の場合、店頭在庫がない商品については、お取り寄せでの対応はいたしかねます。あらかじめご了承ください。

Returns and exchanges of products purchased in-store for customer convenience cannot be accepted in the following cases.
Please bring the receipt provided at the time of purchase when requesting a return or exchange.
For items purchased at a directly managed store, please return or exchange the item at the original store of purchase.

【Products that cannot be returned or exchanged】
・Products returned more than 30 days after the purchase date (including the date of purchase)
・Products without the original shoe box, product tags, or accessories
・Products showing signs of use, including perfume or cigarette odors
・Sale or outlet items
・Certain limited-edition items
・ Products purchased through tax-free shopping

If you wish to exchange an item for your own convenience and the desired item is not available in store,
we will not be able to place a special order for the item. Thank you for your understanding.
