We want you to be happy with our products but if you are not satisfied with your purchase or there is an issue with your purchase, here’s what to do.
  • How to do your return

    1. Create and print your prepaid return label by clicking the button below :

    2.Seal the package well and stick the prepaid return label (with the barcode) on the outside.

    3. Take your return package to your nearest UPS drop off point. You can also call UPS to schedule a collection.

    4. After the parcel is on its way back to us, we should receive it within 15 working days. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed and your refund is being issued - this can take another 3-5 days. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, and the amount will include the cost of the product and any VAT.

  • Online return policy

    You can return your online order for 30 days from the date you receive it, provided the goods are in their original condition. Please make sure that:

    • All tags/labels are still attached to the product
    • The material is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
    • The product is in its original packaging

    We reserve the right to change our returns policy at any time.

  • Return policy for in-store purchases

    If you wish to return product(s) bought from a shop or retailer, you will be best assisted by contacting the shop or retailer directly.

  • Exchanges

    Unfortunately it is not currently possible to exchange goods bought on ASICS, ASICS Outlet and Onitsuka Tiger (including for different sizes or colours). You will need to return the item, receive a refund and place a new order for a different size or colour.

  • Wrong / faulty products

    • If you received the wrong product, please return the product and tick "wrong item" in the return form and place a new order.
