Because you will be running further than before, you need something that’s extra lightweight - men’s GEL EXCITE 6 weigh around 270g and women’s weigh less than 250g. This is thanks to the use of ASICS’ unique AmpliFoam compound in the sole, which provides a super light yet cushioned stride. AmpliFoam is also highly durable, meaning you can cover hundreds of miles in these shoes knowing they will go the distance. The use of superior ASICS GEL cushioning in the heel ensures safety and protection for your joints as your run further too. 

The GEL EXCITE 6 range uses a Jacquard Mesh for the upper that allows for airflow through to your feet to reduce overheating, and the removable Ortholite sockliner allows for easy washing to keep the shoes fresh.
