From founding Run Talk Run in 2017, I’ve dedicated years to creating a safe, accessible community where running becomes a space for honest conversations on mental wellbeing. I know firsthand how running without pressure - no focus on pace - can unlock openness and connection, providing invaluable peer support for those who struggle with mental health.
I look forward to bringing my energy and experience to ASICS. I see every run as an opportunity to connect with others and share this approach to mental wellbeing. I’m grateful for the opportunity to amplify the message that running is for everyone.
