*Only in-feed posts will be qualified for the challenge. This challenge is only open to participants residing in Malaysia.
Challenge period runs from 27 Jan 2021 to 10 Feb 2021. Submissions after 10 Feb 2021 will not be qualified for the challenge.
Terms And Conditions Of The Lucky Draw (“Terms And Conditions”)
1. The lucky draw (“Lucky Draw”) is organised by ASICS Malaysia Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “ASICS”)
2. Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in the Lucky Draw and must be Malaysia, residents only
3. To participate in the Lucky Draw, Participant is required to take a photograph of themselves after a workout or a run, featuring the Sunrise in the background. Participant is to share the photograph on Instagram as an in-feed post with a caption on how engaging in a sport or physical activity at sunrise helps to move your mind. (Instagram Stories are not accepted). Participant's profile needs to be set to public. Participant is to tag 3 friends in the post as well as @asicsmalaysia and the post needs to have the hashtags, #SoundMindSoundBody and #SunriseChallenge.
4. The Lucky Draw commences on 27th January 2021 at 0800 and closes on 10th February 2021 at 2359.
5. Each Participant shall be entitled to only one Lucky Draw entry regardless of the number of posts. There are only 2 pairs of shoes allocated for this Lucky Draw.
6. The Winner's selection will be held on the 17th February 2021 and a winner (“Winner”) will be selected and notified via the Instagram Account they have used (through a direct message) by 18th February 2021. Upon notification to the Winner, the Winner shall confirm their shoe size and collection date by 25th February 2021 failing which the Prize (defined below) will be irrevocably forfeited without any liability on the part of ASICS
7. The Winner shall get a pair of running shoes (from the Sunrise Red Collection) based on their indicated shoe size.
8. The Prize needs to be self-collected at a designated location selected by ASICS.
9. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other items.
10. ASICS’s decision in respect to the Lucky Draw shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
11.Where applicable, the Prize not claimed or collected by the Winner will be irrevocably forfeited without any liability on the part of ASICS.
12.ASICS has sole discretion to amend the Terms and Conditions herein stated at any time and to exclude any person/ participant from participating in the Lucky Draw without any obligations to furnish any notice and/or reason to the person/ participant.
