Beware of Fake Websites and Counterfeit Products!

Dear Valued Customers,
Thank you for your continued patronage of ASICS.

Recently, we have observed an increase in counterfeit ASICS products being sold through unauthorized stores and fraudulent websites. These fake websites often mimic the appearance of our official online store and may result in non-delivery of goods after payment.

ASICS is actively monitoring and taking action against these fake websites and counterfeit products to prevent customer harm. However, we also urge our customers to stay vigilant and take extra precautions when shopping.

How to ensure you are buying genuine ASICS products
Genuine ASICS products are only available through official ASICS stores (both in-store and online) and through our official retailers.

How to identify fake websites
These are some common characteristics of fake websites 

1. Use URLs that combine our brand name "ASICS" with other words such as "shop" "shoes" or “outlet”.
2. Use altered versions of ASICS logos
3. Contain unnatural English language or poor grammar
4. Offer products at extremely low prices or unusually high discount rates
5. Provide no company or contact information
6. Request bank transfers to foreign accounts 
7. Use EMS (Express Mail Service) or other international postal services for shipping

Reporting suspicious websites

If you encounter a suspicious website claiming to be ASICS, please report it to our Customer Service team at: customers-my@asics.com

• ASICS cannot verify or provide opinions on whether purchased products are counterfeit or respond to other inquiries regarding counterfeit product characteristics
• We are unable to provide exchanges, returns, or after-sales service for counterfeit items.
• ASICS is not liable for accidents or issues resulting from the use of counterfeit products

We will continue to take a firm stance against counterfeits and fake websites to ensure that our customers can use our products with confidence and peace of mind.
