What is the OneASICS™ Loyalty Program?
The OneASICS™ Loyalty Program is a points-based loyalty program for customers of ASICS. As a valued member, you get first access to exclusive benefits designed to keep you running.
How do I register for the OneASICS™ Loyalty Program?
Online
Create a free account by going to the registration page here. If you have an existing account with ASICS or the Runkeeper™ app, make sure to use the same email address and password. You'll have one account to access each ASICS brand.

Is OneASICS™ Loyalty Program membership free?
Yes! Just by signing up with your email address, you can start to earn points and enjoy members-only privileges, access to offers, special events and more.
What are the different tiers and how do I reach them?
There are three different tiers – Premier, Premium and Prestige.
To become:
- Premier: Simply sign up for an OneASICS™ account, no spending is required
- Premium: Spend an accumulated amount of RM1,300 in your tier cycle
- Prestige: Spend an accumulated amount of RM3,200 in your tier cycle
When does my tier cycle start and end?
Your tier cycle starts when you join the loyalty program and goes on for 12 months unless your current tier is upgraded. If upgraded, the new tier cycle will get extended for 12 months, ending after 12 months from the date of the upgrade. The tier end date is also known as your tier expiry date.
E.g. I joined the loyalty program on 1 Jan 2023 and got upgraded to Premium on 20 Mar 2023.
- Original tier cycle: 1 Jan 2023 to 31 Dec 2023 (12 months or 365 days)
- New tier cycle after upgrade: 20 Mar 2023 to 19 Mar 2024 (12 months or 365 days; assuming no further tier upgrades in this period)

Who can sign up for the OneASICS™ Loyalty Program?
The OneASICS™ Loyalty Program is open to all applicants who are 18 years old and above at the time of application.
How long does it take to start my membership after I login OneASICS™?
Your membership starts immediately upon submission of your completed registration.
Can I have two OneASICS™ Loyalty Program membership?
No, each person is entitled to one membership.
Can I transfer my OneASICS™ Loyalty Program membership?
No, the membership is non-transferrable.
What happen if I could not meet the spending requirement by the tier cycle?
If you did not meet the spending requirement (Premium or Prestige), you will be downgraded to either Premium or Premier tier for the next year.
During this period, If you meet the spending requirement, you will be able to upgrade to the next tier.
The details will be reflected in your OneASICS™ Loyalty Overview.
How do I view my points?
Your personal OneASICS™ Points will be reflected in your OneASICS™ Loyalty Overview once you've logged in.
How do I earn points?
You will earn 1 Point, for every MYR you spent online*(exclude shipping fees) or in-store.
*For online purchases, your loyalty transaction details will be updated 3 days after delivery of the products purchased. Kindly refer to "My Order" section for the order status.
What is the points earning rate?
Premier: Earn 1 Point per RM1 spent
Premium: Earn 1.2x points per RM1 spent
Prestige: Earn 1.5x points per RM1 spent
How long does it take for my points to reflect in my membership account?
In-Store:
Your transaction will be reflected in your membership account after your purchase. Points would be redeemable 3 days from the date of purchase.
Online:
Your transaction will be reflected in your membership account upon delivery of the products purchased. Points would be redeemable 3 days from the date of delivery.
Can I transfer my points?
No, points are non-transferable.
Will I still earn points if I use any discount coupons?
Yes, points are awarded to nett spend after deducting discount coupons.
Is there a maximum number of points that I can earn in a transaction/in a day?
No, there is no limit.
How can I redeem my points?
In-Store:
Log into your OneASICS™ account, show your member barcode to our friendly staff, an OTP will be sent to your email, show it to our friendly staff and inform the value you wish to redeem your points.
Online:
During check out cart, you may select the number of points you wish to redeem. However, full redemption with no payment required is not allowed for online transactions.
- Log in to your OneASICSTM account
- Add your desired items to cart and "Proceed To Check Out"
- Expand the "Order Review" page to apply your reward points!
Can I reinstate my expired points?
All points not redeemed by expiry date will be forfeited automatically. No extension of validity is allowed.
Can I do a retrospective points claim if I forgot to present my barcode during in-store purchase?
Yes, the original receipt must be within 3 days of purchase and do submit through customers-my@asics.com.
How can I redeem my coupons?
In-Store:
Log into your OneASICS™ account, show your member and coupon barcode to our friendly staff, enjoy redeeming your coupon.
Online:
You may copy the coupon code and redeem at the check-out cart; the discount will be deducted automatically.
Can I transfer or gift my coupons?
No, coupons are non-transferable.
Can I cancel my coupon upon utilised?
No, coupons used are not refundable.
How can I redeem my offers?
You may view the offers available in your OneASICS™ account and redeem using your Points.
Can I transfer or gift my offer?
No, offers are non-transferable.
Can I cancel my offer upon redeemed?
No, offers redeemed are not refundable.
