4. ASICS SINGAPORE GIFT WITH PURCHASE (“Campaign”) Terms & Conditions

  • The Campaign is organised by ASICS ASIA PTE LTD (“ASICS”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) applicable to all the participants (each a “participant” / “you”).
  • By participating in the Campaign, you accept and agree to be bound by these T&Cs. ASICS reserves the right to modify or amend the T&Cs (including to extend, modify, or terminate the Campaign and the Campaign Period) at any time. Participants are advised to access ASICS’s website from time to time to view the T&Cs and to ensure to be kept up to date on any change or variation to the T&Cs.
  • The Campaign is valid from 4th July to 3rd August 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
  • To join this Campaign, you must:
    a) be a OneASICS™ Loyalty Program member;
    b) spend a minimum of SGD 250 (net value) in a single transaction in any eligible full-priced ASICS retail store(s) listed in clause 6 of this Terms of Conditions during the Campaign Period. (4a. and 4b. are collectively, the “Requirements”).
  • Participants who meet all the Requirements will receive an ASICS branded shoe charm (“Prize”). The Prize is subject to availability and while stocks last. The Prize will be distributed randomly with no selection or exchange permitted.

  • Redemptions are only valid at ASICS retail stores specifically listed in these Terms and Conditions. Redemptions at other locations will not be honored.
  • ASICS’s decision regarding the Campaign is final. No correspondence, challenge, or appeal will be entertained. ASICS has sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Campaign should the Requirements are not metwithout any obligations to furnish any notice and/or reason to the person/ participant.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable. No cash or other substitution may be made.
  • If for any reason any aspect of the Campaign is not capable of running as planned due to any cause beyond the control of ASICS, ASICS reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone or suspend the Campaign, or invalidate any affected entries, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Any suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Campaign, engaging in resale activities or if any attempt is made to participate in the Campaign in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of these T&Cs will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize awarded.
