For an exchange or a refund for a product, please take the product to the retail location where it was purchased, along with the receipt for an assessment to determine if an exchange/refund can be made.
Exchanges and refunds can only be completed in the country and retail location where the product was purchased.
With a store receipt
If the product returned is accompanied by an ASICS store receipt or other proof of purchase and returned in its original condition, the product may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Original condition is defined as:
• All tags still attached to product.
• Material must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
Socks and innerwear items cannot be exchanged.
Without a store receipt
If a receipt or other proof of purchase does not accompany the product being returned (and the product is not defective), an exchange/refund shall not be given. There may be exceptions, and only Store Management is authorized to determine if an exchange or store credit is appropriate.
A defective product is to be deﬁned as a product that is unﬁt for its intended purposes due to manufacturing or design ﬂaws, or a product which has been damaged in the store prior to purchase, or which does not comply with advertising or labeling statements made about the product. When you return a product to ASICS claiming a defect, the product goes through a structured quality testing. If ASICS determines, in its sole discretion that a manufacturing defect exists, you will be eligible for a replacement product. Defects as a result of normal wear and tear, inexpert use, misuse, use contrary to ASICS’ instructions, carelessness, accident, failure to comply with maintenance instructions and/or normal maintenance, for purposes other than normal use are not covered by ASICS’ guarantee obligations and are not eligible for refund, replacement or repair. Obligations and liability of ASICS in respect of a defective product shall extend no further than six months from date of purchase as stated on the receipt.
If the customer could reasonably have discovered the defects only later (= hidden defects), the right to repair or replacement shall lapse after six months after the date of purchase.
Please note that sales items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
To exchange/refund products that were not purchased from an ASICS store, please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased.
ASICS Asia Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to make adjustments to the exchange/refund policy from time to time.
