OneASICS™ Loyalty Terms and Conditions

- - Effective 14 July 2025, updates have been made to these Terms in relation to Eligible Channels, Level Requalification, reference to mobile application terms and conditions, conditions for use of your account, termination for inactivity, limitation of our liability, terms relating to user content and other minor changes. Please refer to the updated Clauses 2, 3, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15.
Welcome to ASICS’ OneASICS™ Loyalty Program (“OneASICS™ Loyalty” or “Program”). The Program is provided to you by ASICS Asia Pte. Ltd. ("ASICS", "we" or "us") whose registered address is One Raffles Place, #24-00, Singapore 048616, and our mailing address is customer-sg@asicsloyaltysea.com. ASICS is registered in the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority under registration number 201213268K.
Membership is free of charge. Members (defined below) will receive certain benefits and exclusive offers that may be announced by ASICS from time to time.
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Member” or “you”) and ASICS with respect to the Program.

By joining the Program, you also agree to be bound by:

- our mobile application terms and conditions, if you are using our ASICS SEA mobile application (“Official Application Terms and Conditions”); and our Privacy Policy, accessible at https://legal.asics.com/en-aap-sg/legal/privacy-policy
In some instances, both these Terms and separate rules, or terms of service, setting forth additional terms and/or conditions will apply to your use of the Program (in each such instance, and collectively, “Additional Terms”). For example, in addition to these Terms, any contest, sweepstakes or other promotion we may offer as part of the Program or to Members, is and will also be subject to separate terms which will be posted in the Program during the applicable promotion period and which will govern Members’ participation, and our execution, of each such promotion. To the extent there is a conflict between these Terms and any Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will control unless the Additional Terms expressly state otherwise. Any information Members provide to us in connection with this Program or any contest, sweepstakes or other promotion or offer operated in connection with this Program is subject to ASICS’ Privacy Policy. Each time you access and/or use the Program, you agree to be bound by and comply with the Agreement and any Additional Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
To participate in the Program, you must be an individual of at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Singapore. Corporations, associations or other groups may not participate in the Program. By enrolling and participating in the Program, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2. PROGRAM ENROLMENT
To become a Member, eligible individuals may sign-up by visiting https://www.asics.com/sg/en-sg/login/ and clicking on the links or by scanning a QR code in ASICS’ retail stores and following the instructions on the registration form. Registration is free. No purchase of any products is required to join the Program. Only one account is allowed per individual. If you join the Program, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. If any information that you provide, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information that you provide, is false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or violates these Terms, or any applicable law, then we may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program.
3. EARNING POINTS
As a Member of the Program, you will earn points for purchases (except for using or purchasing gift cards or any other kinds of purchases ASICS may explicitly exclude from time to time) that you make on the Singapore-version of our official website https://www.asics.com/sg/en-sg ("Website") participating stores (“Stores”) and/or through ASICS SEA mobile application (“App”) (together, the "Eligible Channels"). For every SGD 1 (including applicable GST) spent you will earn points as follows depending on your membership tier (see below):
- For Tier 1 Members, 1 point.
- For Tier 2 Members, 1.2 points
- For Tier 3 Members, 1.5 points.

Purchases include purchases of regular and sale-priced merchandise. Purchases at stores other than the Eligible Channels will not qualify for points (even if you purchase ASICS products). For in-store purchases, points will be redeemable after the relevant purchase is completed. For online purchases, points would be redeemable after 3 days from the date of receipt of your ordered goods.
In addition to earning points for purchases, you may also be able to earn points for certain interactions with us. The number of points available will be as set out at https://www.asics.com/sg/en-sg/accountlogin.
From time to time, we, in our sole discretion, may change, discontinue, or add interactions where you can earn points, and change the number of points that could be earned. We may notify you of such change(s) by publishing such changes in these Terms as well as at https://www.asics.com/sg/en-sg/mk/oneasicssg, informing you via email or other mode of communication as chosen by us at our sole discretion. You must provide your OneASICS™ membership email address or barcode in the Stores, after logging into your OneASICS™ account on the Website or App to receive the eligible points for your purchases or interactions. In the event that you are unable to receive eligible points due to not being logged in or your identification not being accepted as proof, you may contact the OneASICS™ Loyalty customer services team (aap.digital@asics.com) with the required proof to earn the points for your purchases or interactions within 30 days from the date of your purchase or interaction, and ASICS has the sole discretion to determine whether the proof you provide is sufficient and whether to proceed with your request. Thereafter, we will not accept any further requests for point earning for the same purchase or interaction.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any delay or omission in the crediting of points to your account for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to technical faults, and inaccurate and/or incomplete information submitted by you.
New Members will start earning points from the date they register for the Program, and no prior transactions or interactions will be eligible for points save that when you have provided your email address for the purpose of being contacted in relation to Program membership in our Stores whilst making a purchase and you subsequently join the Program, we shall award you the points for that particular purchase to your Program membership. Membership start dates for the Program may vary for Members depending on their type of tier (see below).
4. EXPIRATION OF POINTS
The points will remain valid for 12 months. For example, if you earned points on January 9, 2023, they will expire on January 8, 2024, unless ASICS explicitly states otherwise. Points are not transferable between Members or assignable. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. PROGRAM TIERS
The Program has three separate tiers. You can move up through the different levels by accumulating spending.
Tier 1 is the entry-level for Members with annual spending of SGD 0 – 399.99. You only need to register for the Program to be part of this tier and no purchase of any products is required. Tier 2 is for Members with annual spending of SGD 400 – 999.99. Tier 3 is for Members with annual spending of SGD 1,000 and above.
You can move up to the higher tiers by accumulating the required annual spending mentioned above within 12 months from the end of the month of registration or current tier entry (the “Membership Year”). Where applicable, multiple tier upgrade is possible which will be based on your purchases and interactions with us. At higher tiers, you can access even greater benefits. If tier upgrades are achieved by acquiring points through purchases of our products, we reserve the right to delay this upgrade for a period that is equal to the applicable return period (14 days) for the purchased product(s).
You must meet the requalification requirements at the end of your Membership Year in order to remain at your current tier. If not, you will be downgraded to the next tier below after the last day of the Membership Year. Returns can cause you to drop down multiple levels. For example, if you return an order or product, your annual spending will be reduced, which could cause you to drop by that amount of spending.
6. LEVEL REQUALIFICATION
The requalification period starts on the exact date you upgrade or downgrade to a new tier or maintain the current tier, and ends 12 months later, always at the end of the month (unless you upgrade earlier before such end). Any spending after your last tier entry will accumulate towards requalification spending. The annual spending required for you to requalify for any higher tier or your current tier is equal to the minimum spending needed to enter that tier.
If you are in Tier 2 or Tier 3, and you do not spend enough to maintain your current tier within the requalification period (SGD 400 for Tier 2 and SGD 1,000 for Tier 3), you will be downgraded to the next tier below, regardless of the amount of requalification spending you have accumulated within the requalification period. The downgrade will take place after the last day of the requalification period, always at the end of the month. After a tier downgrade, your requalification spending will be set to 0.
7. REWARDS
Entry and progress through each of the above-mentioned tiers will unlock a set of new rewards for Members as set out here https://www.asics.com/sg/en-sg/mk/oneasicssg.
You will have access to the rewards in your current tier and the tier below it. For example, a Tier 2 member will have access to the rewards from Tier 2 as well as Tier 1 (except for the lower levels’ entry discount vouchers).
The lists of rewards for different tier levels are determined by us in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change the rewards for different tier levels. The rewards offered are subject to availability. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws, we do not make any warranty or representation on any products or services offered as the rewards. Certain rewards will be conditional upon you agreeing to separate terms and conditions applicable to that reward which will be made available to you when redeeming that reward. In addition, the following terms and conditions apply to the following specific rewards which may be offered under one or more of the tier levels:
- Discount Vouchers: These are single use discount vouchers that are unlocked when you upgrade to a new higher tier or it’s your birthday (and you have provided us with that personal data in writing). These will have limited validity periods and maximum discount values of which details will be communicated to you on receipt of the discount vouchers. Certain product exclusions may apply. These discount vouchers may not be combined with other promotions or discounts. Other Eligible Channels exclusions may apply.
- Early access to product launches: You may get early access to certain ASICS product launches. These may exclude key product launches and are subject to pre-allocated stock availability for Members.
- Early access to sales/promotions: You may receive early access to certain sales/promotions that we make available. The duration of early access may vary between sales/promotions and could also depend on which tier you are in at the time of the sale/promotion. Our standard terms and conditions for sales/promotions will also apply.
Specific rewards (whether products or experiences) are available while supplies last and may be subject to change, discontinuance, limitations, and substitutions by us, at our discretion and at any time.
8. USE OF ACCOUNT
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. The Program is for your personal use only. You must not share your OneASICS™ membership identification and/or password or in any way make them accessible to others. You must immediately inform us (details set out below in Clause 14) of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Any losses incurred or sustained by you in transmitting your personal information using your account shall be borne by you, and in no event shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by us.
You agree that you shall not:
- access, use, reproduce, modify, download, sell, transfer, publish or otherwise make available your membership information of the Program for any commercial purposes;
- impersonate any person or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- do any act or thing that might damage, disrupt or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Program;
- use your account and/or your membership of the Program for illegal purposes;
- gather and use the information and/or particulars posted or transmitted through your account, or otherwise via your membership for unsolicited advertising or unauthorised purposes;
- abuse your membership of the Program or use it for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose (which includes transmitting any computer viruses through your account or using your account in a manner which is discriminatory, offensive, abusive, malicious, defamatory or otherwise violates or infringes the rights of anyone else through our Website or App);
- transfer, sell or barter (or attempt to transfer, sale or barter) your account or any of your points, rewards or member exclusive promotional offers
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the Program, or use automated tools (such as bots, scrapers, or spiders) to access or interact with the Program;
- create or operate multiple accounts without prior written approval;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to data, accounts, or systems not intended for you;
- violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights (including intellectual property and privacy laws) in connection with your use of the Program;
- attempt to manipulate or gain unfair advantage from the Program, including exploiting bugs, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities; and/or
- engage in any conduct that, in our sole discretion, may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any breach of these Terms, including suspension or termination of your account, clawback of any points issued in connection with the breach and/or filing a report with the relevant authorities.
9. PERSONAL DATA
You acknowledge that ASICS will collect, use, process, transfer and disclose your personal data in connection with your Program membership according to our Privacy Policy (as may be updated from time to time). 10. TERMINATION; EXPIRATION; CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
You may cancel your Program membership at any time by logging in to your account on the Website or App.
We may cancel your Program membership at any time, at our sole discretion, if we determine that you:
(a) are ineligible in accordance with Clause 1 above;
(b) have violated any of these Terms, any of the Website Terms and Conditions, Official Application Terms and Conditions, any applicable product terms of sale or any applicable law or regulation; or
(c) engaged in any deception, forgery, fraud or committed any other abuse of the Program or of your membership thereto (e.g. misuse of points and/or rewards for any commercial purpose like resale).
Membership will terminate immediately upon a member’s death, and any accumulated points shall be non-redeemable and expired at the termination.
We reserve the right to revoke some or all of your points or rewards if we determine that you received points or a reward due to an error, through fraud or deception, or in any manner not authorised.
If you or we cancel your Program membership, you will lose all your accumulated points and your benefits and tier status will automatically expire. If you cancel your membership, you may choose to rejoin the Program by registering. When restarting your Program membership, your previously-earned points will not continue to your new Program membership, and your tier level will start from Tier 1.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our decision on all matters and disputes concerning the Program and your membership shall be final and binding.
We may, in our sole discretion, make minor changes to the Program and/or these Terms from time to time (if, for example, there is a change in the law that means we need to change these Terms, we add new rewards, add possibilities to earn points, modify Program functionalities or modify the technical environment). Please check these Terms as well as https://www.asics.com/sg/en-sg/mk/oneasicssg regularly to ensure that you understand the up-to-date terms/rules that apply in relation to your membership of the Program. Your continued participation in the Program following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If we deem in our sole and reasonable discretion that any changes will materially or adversely impact your membership rights, we shall give you a reasonable prior notice by publishing such changes in these Terms, informing you via email or other mode of communication as chosen by us at our sole discretion. Any such changes shall be effective from such date as determined and notified by us to you from time to time. If you do not agree with any such changes, your sole recourse shall be to cancel your membership.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make determination on the termination or suspension of the Program. In such case, we will provide you with reasonable notice prior to the termination or suspension, as the case may be. Unless otherwise explicitly specified by us, your accumulated points will expire upon the termination of the Program membership program. For avoidance of doubt, ASICS makes no guarantee or representation as to the length of time during which the Program will be offered.
You agree that you will not be entitled to any compensation in relation to any changes to the Program and/or these Terms, or termination or suspension of the Program membership program.
Inactivity. Members must keep their account active to earn points. Interaction is needed to keep your OneASICS™ membership account active. Interaction for these purposes means any activity or interaction linked to your OneASICS™ membership Account. This may include (to the extent this can be linked to your account): online or offline purchases, opening any ASICS application, logging into your OneASICS™ membership account or another ASICS account. If no new interaction with ASICS is registered for a consecutive 2 years, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to earn or redeem any points. Please keep in mind that when your account will become deactivated and unless ASICS is under a statutory obligation to retain certain types of data, your data (including personal data) associated with your account will be erased from ASICS’ systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ASICS may, in its discretion, send you periodic notifications to remind you that your account will be deleted upon the 2 years of inactivity. However, it is your responsibility to monitor your account and status.
11. OWNERSHIP & CONTENT
A. Ownership. Any and all materials integrated in the Program including trademarks, logos, trade names, service marks, and trade identities of various parties, including those of ASICS and other forms of intellectual property (the "Content") and the Program itself (including past, present, and future versions) are owned by or licensed to ASICS and can only be used with prior written approval of ASICS. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the Content or the Program for public or commercial purposes without ASICS' prior written approval.
B. License to use. Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms and any Additional Terms, ASICS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable, personal, and non-transferable license to use certain Content that ASICS, from time to time, may make available on the Program explicitly for you to use as part of or to be incorporated into your User Content (as defined below) ("ASICS Licensed Elements"), but only for such purposes as may be explicitly stated at the time that the ASICS Licensed Elements are made available on the Program; but we and our licensors and certain other third parties, as the case may be, retain ownership of such ASICS Licensed Elements. The foregoing limited license may immediately be suspended or terminated by ASICS for any reason, in ASICS’ sole discretion, and without any advance notice and/or liability for ASICS.
C. User Content. ASICS may now or in the future offer Members the opportunity to make available on or submit through the Program messages, text, illustrations, files, images, graphics, photos, comments, responses, sounds, music, videos, information, content, ratings, reviews, data, questions, suggestions, feedback, personally identifiable information, or other information or materials and the ideas contained therein (collectively, but excluding ASICS Licensed Elements included therein, "User Content"). Any submission of User Content by you is at your own risk and account. The submission of User Content will be subject to Additional Terms that will be provided to you when submitting your User Content. You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ASICS from and against any and all claims that arise from or in connection with any third-party rights in the User Content provided by you through the Program.
D. Reservation of All Rights Not Granted as to Content and Program. These Terms and any Additional Terms include only narrow, limited grants of rights to Content and to use and access the Program. No right or license may be construed, under any legal theory, by implication, estoppel, industry custom, or otherwise. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by ASICS and its licensors and other third parties. Any unauthorized use of any Content or the Program for any purpose is prohibited.
E. Member disputes. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members, whether online or offline. We are not responsible and/or liable for the conduct or content of any Member. Exercise common sense and your best judgment in your interactions with others (e.g., when you submit any personal or other information) and in all of your other online activities.
12. CODE OF CONDUCT
A. Violation of the Code of Conduct. You understand and agree that ASICS may review and delete any User Content that in the sole judgment of ASICS violates these Terms or which might be offensive, inconsistent with what is appropriate in our Program, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Members. The following is a list of the kind of User Content that is prohibited on the Program. ASICS reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including, without limitation, removing the offending User Content from the Program and terminating the Membership of such violators. Content that violates ASICS’ "Code of Conduct" , includes but is not limited to, User Content that:
- is patently offensive, such as User Content that promotes racism, discrimination, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
- harasses or advocates harassment of another person or any cursing, stalking, insuring comments, personal attacks or gossip;
- involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming", or flooding;
- contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
- displays obscene, pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind or is defamatory or slanderous;
- promotes any infringing, illegal, or other similarly inappropriate activity;
- impersonates any other person, user, or company, or may be false, fraudulent, deceptive, inaccurate, or misleading, or that misrepresents your identity or affiliation with a person or company;
- solicits personal information from anyone; and
- engages in commercial activities and/or sales without ASICS prior written consent, including, but not limited to, contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.
Even though all of this is strictly prohibited, there is a small chance that Members might become exposed to such items and each Member further waives Member’s right to any damages (from any party) related to such exposure.
Your participation in the Program is subject to these additional rules that are part of our Code of Conduct:
B. Your User Content. All of your User Content either must be your content or you must have all necessary rights in it from third parties in order to permit you to comply with these Terms and any Additional Terms. Your User Content should not contain any visible logos, phrases, or trademarks that belong to third parties. Do not use any User Content that belongs to other people and pass it off as your own; this includes any content that you might have found elsewhere on the internet. If anyone contributes to your User Content or has any rights to your User Content, or if anyone appears in the User Content, then you must also have their permission to submit such User Content to ASICS (for example, if someone has taken a picture of you and your friend, and you submit that photo to ASICS as your User Content, then you must obtain your friend’s and the photographer’s permission to do so).
C. No Pictures, Videos, or Images of Anyone Other Than You and Your Friends and Family. If you choose to submit photos to the Program, link to embedded videos, or include other images of individuals, then make sure they are of you or of you and someone you know – and only if you have their express permission to submit such content.
D. Don’t Damage the Site or Anyone’s Computers or Other Devices. Your User Content must not submit viruses, trojan horses, spyware, or any other technologies or malicious code that could impact the operation of the Program or any computer or other device.
E. Others Can See. We hope that you will use the Program to exchange information and content and have venue-appropriate discussions with other Members. However, please remember that the site pages of the Program may be public or semi-public and User Content that you submit in connection with the Program may be accessible and viewable by other users. Do not submit personally identifying information (for example, first and last name together, password, phone number, address, e-mail address, social security number, credit card number, medical information, or other personally identifiable information or contact information) on public or semi-public spaces and take care when disclosing this type of information to others.
F. Don’t Share Other Peoples’ Personal Information. Your User Content should not reveal another person’s personal information (for example, first and last name together, address, phone number, e-mail address, social security number, credit card number, medical information, financial information, or any other information that may be used to track, contact, or impersonate that individual), unless, and in the form and by the method, specifically requested by ASICS.
If you submit User Content that we reasonably believe violates the Code of Conduct, then we may take any legally available action that we deem appropriate, in our sole discretion. However, we are not obligated to take any action not required by law. We may require, at any time, proof of the permissions referred to above in a form acceptable to us. Failure to provide such proof may lead to, among other things, the User Content in question being removed from the Program.
13. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict our liability.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you in respect of any loss or damage suffered and arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or for breach of statutory duty, or in any other way, shall not exceed the amount of SGD 100.
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE”, AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” BASIS. EXCEPT FOR ANY SPECIFIC WARRANTIES PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, ASICS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE PROGRAM OR ANY OF THE REWARDS OR BENEFITS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROGRAM INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR MISAPPROPRIATION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES, AND THAT THE PROGRAM IS ERROR-FREE OR IS NOT SUSPECTABLE TO ANY INTRUSION, ATTACK OR COMPUTER VIRUS. NOR DOES ASICS WARRANT THAT MEMBERS WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS OR USE THE PROGRAM WITHOUT DISRUPTION OR INTERRUPTIONS.
FURTHER, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER ASICS NOR OUR PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) RELATED TO THE PROGRAM AND/OR YOUR PARTICIPATION THEREIN, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY OR IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. In the event that any dispute arises under these Terms, or in relation to your membership in the Program, you and we both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
15. MISCELLANEOUS
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you shall indemnify us and keep us indemnified against any loss, damage, liability cost and expense (including legal costs and disbursements on a full indemnity basis), directly or indirectly arising from or relating to your misuse of your membership and/or breach of any of these Terms, including without limitation, if you commit any fraud or misrepresent any information supplied or to be supplied under these Terms.
Each of the clauses of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.
If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.
The Website or the App may contain the links to other websites or applications which are operated by third parties (“Third Party Website”) and therefore, are not under our control. ASICS shall not be held liable or responsible for your access and use of the Third Party Website, nor any contents of the Third Party Website. We encourage you to read and review all relevant terms and policies of any Third Party Website that you visit. Any interactions, correspondence, transactions, and other dealings that you have with any third parties found on or through the Program (including on or via Third Party Website and/or advertisements) are solely between you and the third party.
ASICS may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms and any Additional Terms, in whole or in part, to any party at any time without any notice. These Terms and any Additional Terms may not be assigned by you, and you may not delegate your duties under them, without the prior written consent of an officer of ASICS.
We reserve the right, without any limitation, to: (i) investigate any suspected breaches of the site’s security or its information technology or other systems or networks; (ii) investigate any suspected breaches of these Terms and any Additional Terms; (iii) involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating any of the foregoing matters at any time, without notice, for any reason and without any obligation to you or any third party.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all devices and other equipment and software, and all internet service provider, mobile service, and other services needed for your access to and use of the Program and you will be responsible for all charges related to them.
The provisions of these Terms and any Additional Terms, which by their nature should survive your suspension or termination will survive, including the rights and licenses you grant to us in these Terms, as well as the indemnities, releases, disclaimers, and limitations on liability and the provisions regarding jurisdiction, and governing law.
These Terms do not confer rights to a third party who is not a party to these Terms and/or under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001, the applicability of which is hereby excluded.
