Not so good how expected for that price
Bought it for my daughter as she running, it’s comfortable to walk but struggling with running, said feet slide and creates a pressure on toes,

Kayano 30
This is my 3rd pair of kayano ASICS over the past 10 years. Tried another brand but soon came back to these. The extra support & gel really helps with my bad knees, it’s like walking on a cloud! Highly recommended

Gel Kayano is a workhorse. Premium high mileage arch support shoe just like Nimbus, but created for flat feet runners and overpronators (when your foot rolls too far inward). And if you on the heavy side then you put extra load on your feet while running.
PureGel cushioning is no longer visible. Don’t worry though, it’s concealed within the rearfoot to provide the shock absorption you trust, creating a heel striker-friendly ride. The cool future of this shoes is new 4D guidance system that provides adaptive stability for the runner by adjusting to your various pronation stages throughout the run

A major shift
Asics collection this year did a major shift in stability. one of them is the Gel-Kayano 30. I was never a fun of Kayano since I am a neutral runner however this version makes me run mile after mile. I love the comfort that the new technology gives.
