How you’ll help us.

Based at our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will be reporting to the Consumer Lifecycle & Engagement Manager and as part of the role, you’ll:

• Define and enhance key lifecycle touchpoints across acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Own the AB testing roadmap for automations, coordinating implementation and analysis with the Global Analytics team.
• Ensure seamless execution of the CRM roadmap in collaboration with global tech and strategy teams.
• Own CRM forecasting, aligning targets with E-commerce and business goals.

More about you.

• Qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Three years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong business acumen, with an ability to create strategies and then pragmatically execute them.
• Extensive background in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing and consumer journeys.
