What's a sound mind in a sound body in your own opinion?
A sound mind in a sound body to me is a well-oiled car with a clear map of where it's headed. We are sitting in the driver’s seat, with peace, fun, and passion in the passenger seats!
Whatever excites me becomes my way of moving
The mere fact that I WANT to do something is the reason why I take action.
I convince my heart as to why something is important to me, and from there, anyone can try and stop me, but girl is now unstoppable!
I feel alive when I can feel my heartbeat, when my heart feels warm and fuzzy.
I feel a good song in my body, and I like to groove~ it is almost impossible for me to stop the beat from running through my veins! :•)
