4. OneASICS™ PROFILE UPDATE CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The OneASICS™ Profile Update Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by ASICS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“ASICS”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
This Campaign is running from 1 November 2024 to 31 December 2024 and is only available only to a select group of customers who have received the Campaign email.
Eligible customers must update their profile to receive the promo code as part of this Campaign.
Upon meeting the Campaign criteria, customers will receive a promo code, subject to the terms below.
With the promo code, eligible customers may enjoy 15% off their next order. No minimum purchase required.

The 15% discount promotion (“Promotion”) is valid for OneASICS™ members who registered for “Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon 2026 (“Event”) only.
The Promotion is valid from 5 APRIL 2026 till 5 MAY 2026.
A unique promo code will be provided to eligible OneASICS™ members via email and can also be viewed in your member dashboard.
The Promotion has no minimum purchase requirements, but discount can only be applied at a maximum transaction value of MYR 1,500 per transaction or promo code.

6. KUALA LUMPUR STANDARD CHARTERED MARATHON (KLSCM) 2026 ASICS HALF MARATHON SLOTS GIVEAWAY (“Campaign”) Terms & Conditions

The “Campaign is organised by ASICS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd (“ASICS”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) applicable to all the participants (each a “participant” / “you”).
By participating in the Campaign, you accept and agree to be bound by these T&Cs. ASICS reserves the right to modify or amend the T&Cs (including to extend, modify, or terminate the Campaign and the Campaign Period) at any time. Participants are advised to access ASICS’s website from time to time to view the T&Cs and to ensure to be kept up to date on any change or variation to the T&Cs.
The Campaign is valid from 8th May 2026 till 17th May 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
In order to join this campaign, you must:
a. be a OneASICS™ Loyalty Program member;
b. be at least eighteen (18) years of agre;
c. spend a minimum of RM 688 (net value) in a single transaction in any
eligible full-priced ASICS retail store(s) during the Campaign Period.
(collectively, the “Requirements”)
The top 5 highest spenders who meet all the Requirements will each win a slot to participate in the ASICS Half Marathon category of KLSCM 2025 (each a “prize”). In the event that there are two (2) or more participants who qualify for the tenth position with the same spending amount during the Campaign Period, the prize will be awarded to the participant who obtained that spending earlier in time.
Purchases made during the Campaign Period but which are subsequently
returned to and refunded by ASICS will not be considered towards the spend
amount.
The following ASICS full-priced retail stores are eligible for this Campaign: ASICS TRX, ASICS Pavilion, ASICS Mid Valley, ASICS One Utama, ASICS Mid Valley South Key, ASICS Sunway Pyramid, ASICS Setia City Mall, ASICS KLCC, ASICS Vivacity, ASICS IOI Putrajaya, ASICS East Coast Mall.
ASICS’s decision regarding the winners is final. No correspondence, challenge, or appeal will be entertained. ASICS has sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Campaign without any obligations to furnish any notice and/or reason to the person/ participant.
Winners will be contacted/notified via email by 28th May 2026 and each winner shall be required to complete and return a release form to be confirmed as a winner. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days, ASICS may at its sole discretion, select a substitute winner.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable. No cash or other substitution may be made. The Campaign prizes do not include any other incidental expenses e.g. transportation, accommodation and other travel expenses whatsoever.
The Campaign is exclusively for Malaysian citizens, permanent residents of Malaysia and/or Malaysia work pass holders excluding directors, officers, management, employees, other staff and the relatives and household members of those individuals of ASICS, agencies involved in the development of the Campaign, affiliated companies and other persons involved in the development of the Campaign.
If for any reason any aspect of the Campaign is not capable of running as planned due to any cause beyond the control of ASICS, ASICS reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone or suspend the Campaign, or invalidate any affected entries, to the extent permitted by law.
Any suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Campaign, engaging in resale activities or if any attempt is made to participate in the Campaign in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of these T&Cs will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize awarded.

b. you consent to the collection, use and disclosure to relevant third parties of your personal data by ASICS for the purposes of the Campaign, verification of your OneASICSTM membership status, announcement of prize winners on ASICS’s official website and/or social media channels and to communicate with you for the collection of the prize in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation and ASICS’ Privacy Policy which can be found at: https://legal.asics.com/ms-my/legal/privacy-policy. Personal data that ASICS collects from you include your name and email address.
c. you agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete personal data about yourself to ASICS and (ii) maintain and promptly update the personal data provided to ensure it stays true, accurate, current and complete.
d. ASICS may contact you from time to time by email. Any notice sent to the email address provided by you in relation to the Campaign shall be deemed as received by you.
e. If any information provided by a participant is found to be untrue,minaccurate, or incomplete, or if ASICS has reasonable grounds to suspect such, the participant may be disqualified and ineligible to receive the prize.
f. you have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal data by ASICS at any time. However, depending on the nature of such withdrawal, a withdrawal of consent could result in ASICS disallowing you to participate in the Campaign or to receive the prize.
