Your favourite workout?

I usually do boxing and bodyweight training at home, sometimes rope-jumping because it helps with my footwork and balancing. Boxing helps me focus better. Bodyweight training is simple, you never need special equipments and it helps me with functional movements in daily life.

Any favourite workout song(s)?

Depends on the workout - I do either remix music or 80s.

What is Sound Mind Sound Body to you?

Sound Mind Sound Body is me trying to be consistent with my routine but when I need to take a break, I take a break. When I need to push myself, I push myself.

Keep yourself healthy. Sleep well, workout when you can (even taking stairs) and eat healthy. We all have different body types, embrace your shape.
