Your favourite workout?

I'd say my favourite workout is running and weight training, along with yoga. I find that a combination of these exercises helps me to centre myself and focus on building my stamina and muscles throughout my body.

Any favourite workout song(s)?

I love anything that is upbeat and keeps my adrenaline flowing! Sometimes, I also like listening to podcasts (depending on the exercise that I am doing), so it depends on how I am feeling on that particular day and what I feel would motivate me best!

What is Sound Mind Sound Body to you?

I personally believe that our mind is just as important as our bodies. Often at times, people would neglect their minds and mainly focus on building their bodies which can be detrimental over time as it will eventually come back to you. However, I believe that both are equally as important and in order to have a sound body, you also need to have a sound mind. Some of the many things that I do to keep my mind in a good place is by doing workouts or activities that helps to keep me motivated and positive. I believe that it's the little things that matters the most (such as eating my favourite foods, spending time around people who fill my soul, working out etc.).

A word of encouragement/advice for the women's community out there

Be unapologetically yourself at all times! At the end of the day, it does not matter how other people choose to see you but rather how you choose to see yourself. Learn to love yourself, be kind to yourself, and always know your worth! You are your only and greatest competition so continue to do what's best for your body, mind and soul, and everything else will align accordingly. Ultimately, keep growing as an individual and continue to do good; because what goes around comes around!
