ASICS TOP SPENDER CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. The “Campaign is organised by ASICS ASIA PTE LTD (“ASICS”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) applicable to all the participants (each a “participant” / “you”).
    2. By participating in the Campaign, you accept and agree to be bound by these T&Cs. ASICS reserves the right to modify or amend the T&Cs (including to extend, modify, or terminate the Campaign and the Campaign Period) at any time.
    3. Participants are advised to access ASICS’s website from time to time to view the T&Cs and to ensure to be kept up to date on any change or variation to the T&Cs.
    4. The Campaign is valid from 1 April 2026 till 30 Apr 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
    5. In order to join this campaign, you must:
      1. be a OneASICS™ Loyalty Program member;
      2. Make a minimum purchase of SGD200 at full-priced ASICS retail store(s), and the official ASICS Singapore website (https://www.asics.com/sg/en-sg/) and ASICS SEA Application only during the Campaign Period. (collectively, the “Requirements”).

    7. This Campaign is eligible in ASICS full-priced stores located in Singapore and the official ASICS Singapore website (https://www.asics.com/sg/en-sg/) and ASICS SEA Application only.
    8. ASICS’s decision regarding the winners is final. No correspondence, challenge, or appeal will be entertained. ASICS has sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Campaign without any obligations to furnish any notice and/or reason to the person/ participant.
    9. Winners will be contacted/notified via email by aap.digital@asics.com. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days, their prize will be forfeited. No substitute winner will be selected.
    10. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable. No cash or other substitution may be made. The Campaign prizes do not include any other incidental expenses e.g. transportation whatsoever.
    11. The Campaign is exclusively for Singapore citizens, permanent residents of Singapore and/or Singapore work pass holders excluding directors, officers, management, employees, other staff and the relatives and household members of those individuals of ASICS, agencies involved in the development of the Campaign, affiliated companies and other persons involved in the development of the Campaign.
    12. If for any reason any aspect of the Campaign is not capable of running as planned due to any cause beyond the control of ASICS, ASICS reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone or suspend the Campaign, or invalidate any affected entries, to the extent permitted by law.
    13. Any suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Campaign will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize awarded.

    15. These T&Cs are in addition to and without prejudice to the terms and conditions for purchase of ASICS products.
    16. To the extent permitted by law, ASICS (including its group companies, officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person arising in any way out of or in connection with this Campaign.
    17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, by participating in the Campaign, all participants agree to release and hold harmless ASICS, its affiliates, each of ASICS's officers, directors, employees and agents against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Campaign or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, or any other cause(s) beyond ASICS’ reasonable control.
    18. By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
      1. you have read, understood and agree to these T&Cs;
        1. you consent to the collection, use and disclosure to relevant third parties of your personal data by ASICS for the purposes of the Campaign,
        2. verification of your OneASICSTM membership status and to communicate with you for the collection of the prize in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation and ASICS’ Privacy Policy which can be found at: https://legal.asics.com/en-aap-sg/legal/privacy-policy.
        3. Personal data that ASICS collects from you include your name and email address and your purchase transactions.
    19. You agree to:
      1. provide true, accurate, current and complete personal data about yourself to ASICS and
      2. maintain and promptly update the personal data provided to ensure it stays true, accurate, current and complete.
    20. ASICS may contact you from time to time by email. Any notice sent to the email address or Instagram handle provided by you in relation to the Campaign shall be deemed as received by you.
    21. If any information provided by a participant is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or if ASICS has reasonable grounds to suspect such, the participant may be disqualified and ineligible to receive the prize.
    22. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal data by ASICS at any time. However, depending on the nature of such withdrawal, a withdrawal of consent could result in ASICS disallowing you to participate in the Campaign or to receive the prize.

    24. By participating in the Campaign, you confirm that you have read and fully understood the T&Cs and consent to ASICS to use and disclose to relevant third parties your personal data as set out above.
