What's a sound mind in a sound body in your own opinion?
For me, Sound Mind, Sound Body is when your body and mind is connected. When the body is ready, I'll be ready to do every activity with full potential and content about it.
A healthy mental health is a key to living a happy life for me.
Sound mind, Sound body is the key to happiness in life.
Both must go together. We can’t be happy with what we succeed if we are unhealthy.
Exercising in the morning allows me to do other tasks better, energetically and alertly.
Exercising and sweating also makes me forget about all the stress from work and other things. Every time I’m sweating from playing badminton, it makes me feel relaxed.
