Terms & Conditions for "SGD$20 Store Voucher (Gait Analysis)"

1. Voucher is valid as stated in front. No extensions of validity period.

2. Discount is only applicable for selected items only.

3. Voucher can only be used for a one-time purchase and cannot be combined with another vouchers and discount.

4. Original voucher must be presented at the point of purchase. Defaced, photographed, or photocopied voucher will not be accepted.

5. No replacement for damaged or loss of discount voucher.

6. Voucher cannot be exchanged with cash. If the value is not fully redeemed, no refunds in cash or credit note will be given for the balance. Any additional cost exceeding the value of the voucher will be paid by the redeemer.
