HIIT, dance, boxing, strength workout. I love all of these exercises with music because it inspires me during training.

Any favourite workout song(s)?

There are just too many and I can't answer them all - but if I had to choose one, it would be Lil Boo Thang.

What is Sound Mind Sound Body to you?


I focus on my body and mind when working out to ensure that I don't push myself too hard according to my training schedule. I recognize the needs of my body each day and work out accordingly. I exercise because I enjoy it, not for any other purpose.
