Your favourite workout?
I enjoy doing cardio and leg workouts. Cardio helps me keep my stamina up and is good for a quick break of sweat, especially during busy weeks. I’m also always on my feet, be it to create content or to perform, so it’s important to me to keep my pillars strong.
Any favourite workout song(s)?
My current rotation includes a LOT of Doja Cat. Her music is catchy and fun - it keeps me in the groove during a workout and makes the reps pass faster.
