Your favourite workout?

I enjoy doing cardio and leg workouts. Cardio helps me keep my stamina up and is good for a quick break of sweat, especially during busy weeks. I’m also always on my feet, be it to create content or to perform, so it’s important to me to keep my pillars strong.

Any favourite workout song(s)?

My current rotation includes a LOT of Doja Cat. Her music is catchy and fun - it keeps me in the groove during a workout and makes the reps pass faster.

What is Sound Mind Sound Body to you?

To me, maintaining a sound mind in a sound body centres around a balance between physical and mental health. This means taking equal care of both the mind and the body. For physical care, I try to exercise regularly, maintain a nutritious diet, and get sufficient sleep, while my stress management techniques include meditation and mindfulness.

A word of encouragement/advice for the women's community out there

It’s extremely important for you to take care of your well-being. Cultivate a sound mind by embracing self-care, setting boundaries, and nurturing your passions. Pair this with a strong, healthy body through regular exercise and balanced nutrition and watch your life transform. Remind yourself that you are resilient, and your health is your strength.
