Your favourite workout?

My favourite workout is yoga. It is a practice of flexibility and strength, both of the body and mind. It also incorporates breathwork which helps me stay balanced.

Any favourite workout song(s)?

When I’m in the gym working on my fitness - female rap and dance hits absolutely get me going! Lately it’s been any one of Rihanna’s bangers.

What is Sound Mind Sound Body to you?

By looking inward, taking care of my mind and not just physical body. I meditate in the mornings to have a moment of peace and set my intention for the day. Practise gratitude, and identify the “glimmers” in my day. These are the opposite of triggers. They’re things that make you smile / happy / feel at peace. The more you look out for them, the more you are aware they exist.

A word of encouragement/advice for the women's community out there

Don’t be afraid to fail. A good friend once told me - if you learn how to dance in the rain that life pours on you, you’ll be able to get through anything.
