Terms and Conditions

    1. The HUGO BOSS x ASICS Raffle (“Raffle”) is organised and conducted by ASICS Asia Pte. Ltd. (“ASICS”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions applicable to all the participants (each a “participant” / “you”).

    2. To participate in the Raffle, participant is required to (a) be an OneASICSTM member, and (b) complete the form found at: [https://forms.gle/fdAY71MYWbeXxyEE9] between 9 June 2023 and 14 June 2023 (“Requirements”).

    3. By fulfilling the above Requirements, participant shall stand a chance to purchase a pair of limited edition of BOSS X ASICS GEL-RESOLUTION 9 shoes (referred to as “Prize”), subject to available sizes and quantity.

    4. Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in the Raffle.

    5. Twenty-four winners shall be drawn at random by ASICS from all valid entries at 4PM on 15 June 2023 (“Draw Date”) in ASICS’ office at 1 Raffles Place #24-00 (Tower 1) Singapore 048616. The winners will be determined by drawing lots from the valid entries, subject to available sizes. The winners will be notified by 22 June 2023 via the email address provided for the Raffle entry . The details for collection of the Prize and payment for the Prize at ASICS Store shall be informed by email to the winners.

    6. Limited to ONE entry per person. Multiple and incomplete entries will be voided.

    7. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other items. Refunds are strictly not permitted save as set out in ASICS Returns Policy at: https://www.asics.com/sg/en-sg/returns-policy. Please note that the Prize cannot be exchanged.

    8. ASICS’s decision in respect to the Prize shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

    9. The Raffle is exclusively for participants from Singapore only (excluding directors, officers, management, employees, other staff and the relatives and household members of those individuals of ASICS, agencies involved in the development of this Raffle, affiliated companies and other persons involved in the Raffle).

    10. ASICS has sole discretion to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without any obligations to furnish any notice.

    11. ASICS explicitly reserves the right to refuse or remove a submission of a participant, at its sole discretion, in the event ASICS determines the participant does not comply with all the terms herein.

    12. Where applicable, the Prize not claimed or collected within (7) working days from ASICS email notification will be irrevocably forfeited without any liability on the part of ASICS.

    13. If for any reason any aspect of the Raffle is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, telephone network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of ASICS, ASICS reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Raffle, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities, if required.

    14. ASICS (including its group companies, their officers, directors, employees and agents) shall not be liable (including for negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage otherwise arising out of or in connection, directly or indirectly, with this Raffle, the Prize(s) or technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under ASICS’s control).

    15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, by participating in the Raffle, all participants agree to release and hold harmless ASICS, its affiliates, each of ASICS's officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in this Raffle or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize, or any other cause(s) beyond ASICS’ reasonable control.

    16. By participating this Raffle, you acknowledge and agree to the following: -

    a. You have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of purchase found at: https://www.asics.com/sg/en-sg/terms-and-conditions

    b. ASICS collects your personal information for the purpose of running the Raffle. Personal information ASICS collects from you who entered the Raffle includes your name, your gender, your shoe size and your email address. Any and all personal data submitted by you may be collected, used and/or disclosed to ASICS to communicate with you for the purposes related to the collection of the Prize in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation and ASICS’ Privacy Policy which can be found at: https://legal.asics.com/en-aap-sg/legal/privacy-policy

    d. By participating in the Raffle, you certify and confirm that you have read and fully understand the terms and conditions provided above and consent to ASICS to use your personal data in accordance with the above purposes in accordance with ASICS’ Privacy Policy.
