Your favourite workout?
It's hard to pick one but if I had to, I would say, calisthenics, because you don't need much equipment, just your bodyweight.
Any favourite workout song(s)?
I like empowering tunes like Unstoppable by Sia, Run the World by Beyoncé, or anything bass boosted.
What is Sound Mind Sound Body to you?
I meditate daily and do breathing exercises. I am a naturally curious person so I like to read and learn about the cosmos, evolution, the human condition, how the brain works, etc. Finally, even though I know it's an arbitrarily derived number, I make sure to clock 10,000 steps each day so that at a minimum, I know that I've moved my body.
A word of encouragement/advice for the women's community out there
You can do anything you set your mind to. Set clear goals and targets with a timeline, know your 'why', and work for it. Aim for progress, not perfection.
