Your favourite workout?

In all honestly, my favourite workout is anything that allows me to work in. This spans across physical weighted/bodyweight activities, to practices like breathwork and meditation. I believe that having clarity in the mind through a physical practice enlivens my being.

Any favourite workout song(s)?

It's really funny but I actually have been loving this Buddhist Avalokitesvara Mantra EDM track by Tinna Tinh. It gives me energy for my fast and slow paced activities/practices.

What is Sound Mind Sound Body to you?

I have an extremely different view of life after struggling with finding safety in my nervous system and mental health for over 15 years so my answer might be a little more abstract. On top of all the things that I have shared, being humbled when seeing beauty in the impermanence of life is what helps me get into practices that clears my mind and moves my body. That gives me life and helps me appreciate all life has to offer for as long as I live.

A word of encouragement/advice for the women's community out there

Having an open heart and clarity with discernment brings about beautiful experiences. Being of love and respect is the best way to live.
