We deliver throughout Singapore, Monday-Saturdays, excluding Singapore Public holidays. Please note that we are unable to deliver to the following areas:
- Shipping addresses outside of Singapore
- P.O Boxes
- Military areas
- Government offices
- Whole island areas such as Kusu island, St. John’s island, Pulau Ubin etc
Please expect delays due to the current COVID-19 situation. We are striving to deliver all orders as soon as possible and we seek your kind understanding on delivery delays during this time.
Note that deliveries may be delayed due to the festive season.

Working days are Mondays to Fridays, 0900 to 1700 SGT, excluding public holidays in Singapore.
Please expect slight delays in delivery during sales and promotional periods.
CLICK & COLLECT
If you have chosen Click & Collect as your shipping method, you will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed by the store and you will receive instructions on when you can collect your order. Please note that your order is reserved for you for 7 days to collect your order from your chosen store. Orders that are not collected after 7 days will be cancelled.
Please note that we are unable to change your selected store for collection to a different store location. In addition, we will not be able to change your Click & Collect orders to home delivery option once your order has been placed.
During collection of your order at your chosen store, you will be required to bring along a valid photo ID along with your order confirmation email to present to the staff at the store for validation.
If you will not be collecting your order personally, please note that a written authorisation letter to the person who will collect on your behalf will be required. The authorisation letter should include the name and NRIC/FIN/passport number of both the authoriser and authorised person, together with a signature from the authoriser.

Our goal is to deliver within the above mentioned times. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local public holidays.
All deliveries in the Singapore are made through Ninja Van, and you can track the status of your delivery through their website (www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/) with the shipment tracking number that can be found in your shipment confirmation email or under “Shipment Details” in “My Orders” under “My Account”.

In exceptional circumstances, please note that you may receive your order in multiple shipments and on different dates.
In the event of any signs of severely damaged packaging (eg. torn, with holes etc), please reject shipment(s) from the courier company.
BILLING, CREDIT CARD AND ADDRESS DETAILS
To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Please also ensure delivery address is entered correctly.
Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank and incorrect delivery address will result in delays to your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect information. Please note that we only do local fulfilment and we are unable to accept foreign addresses as shipping and/or billing addresses.
Any temporary authorisations placed on your card when placing an order should drop off in approximately 7 working days or more, depending on your issuing bank.
CANCELLING AND MODIFYING ORDERS
Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed.
