The GEL-KAYANOÂŽÂ 33 shoe keeps some key features from its last iteration. Strategically placed under the heel, PureGEL⢠technology helps deliver enhanced shock absorption and soft, cushioned landings. The shoe also retains the HYBRID ASICSGRIPâ˘Â outsole, engineered to help provide advanced grip and durability underfoot.Â

The GEL-KAYANOÂŽÂ 33 shoe introduces FLUIDSUPPORT⢠technology, a reimagined stability experience replacing the previous 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEMâ˘.  FLUIDSUPPORTâ˘Â technology combines dual-layer cushioning with advanced geometry for smooth, comfortable stability in every stride. Â
Advanced Dual-Layer CushioningÂ
For the first time, the GEL-KAYANOÂŽ 33 shoe features two layers of advanced cushioning. The top layer of FF BLAST⢠MAX foam delivers soft comfort and great energy return, while FF BLAST⢠PLUS cushioning below adds enhanced stability.Â
New Engineered Mesh Upper
The new redesigned upper offers a better fit, added stretch, and more breathability to keep you comfortable throughout your run.Â
