Order Pick Up FAQ

Order Pickup allows you to order items on asics.com and pick them up for free at your local ASICS store. Order Pickup is listed as a shipping option during checkout process.

Bring a Government-issued photo ID and your order confirmation number/email to pick up your order. Your online payment will be processed when your order is picked and placed on hold for you.

1. To start the return process, click here and follow the instructions to print the applicable ASICS return shipping label to return your items in their original condition.

You will need your order confirmation number to start the return process, which can be found on your order confirmation email or ASICS store receipt. You can also request a shipping label from Customer Care by emailing customercare-us@asics.com or by calling (855)233-3120. Returns are always free for OneASICS™ members using our prepaid return label. If you are not a OneASICS™ member, a $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using our prepaid return label. If you do not wish to be charged the $4.99 return shipping fee, you may use your own return shipping label or return the product in-store.

2. If you choose not to use the ASICS label, ship items pre-paid to the address below in their original packaging. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages. ASICS does not assume responsibility for lost shipments. NOTE: We do not credit shipping costs for returned orders using your own shipping method.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive your item(s). All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your monthly printed statement. You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your return.

ASICS America reserves the right to make adjustments to the return policy.

Order Pickup orders will be held for seven calendar days. If your order isn’t picked up within seven calendar days, we’ll cancel the order and issue a refund to your original form of payment.

When your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive a pickup notification via email.

Sorry, but you can't change your pickup store. You must pick up your order at the ASICS store you originally selected. If you’re unable to pick up your order at the store you selected, you can cancel your order or let the pickup window expire.

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. If you have questions about making a return, please see to our return information page or call Customer Care at (855) 233-3120 during normal business hours.

At this time we can only accept pickups from the person listed on the order.

You can apply any eligible discount or promotion when you check out on asics.com. We do not allow price adjustments in store.

After your order is picked up, you will receive your receipt by email.

The order will be automatically canceled if it’s not picked up within the pickup window. You’ll be refunded for any canceled items.
