What is Order Pickup?
Order Pickup allows you to order items on asics.com and pick them up for free at your local ASICS store or your local FedEx or FedEx Partner location. Order Pickup is listed as a shipping option during checkout process.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
Bring a Government-issued photo ID and your order confirmation number/email to pick up your order.
For Order Pickup from an ASICS store, payment will be processed when your order is picked and placed on hold for you.
For Order Pickup from a FedEx or FedEx Partner location, payment will be processed when your order ships from our warehouse to the FedEx location.
How do I return my Order Pickup items?
Eligible merchandise that was purchased with a credit card online at ASICS.com for Order Pickup may be returned through our online return process. ASICS will not accept online returns of merchandise that is not in its original condition. Merchandise that was purchased using an ASICS Gift Card cannot be returned through the online return process and must be returned to an ASICS store. Please review our Return Policy for more information.
Return using ASICS prepaid return label:
To start the online return process, click here and follow the instructions to print the applicable ASICS return shipping label to return your items in their original condition.
You will need your order confirmation number to start the return process, which can be found on your order confirmation email or ASICS store receipt. You can also request a shipping label from Customer Care by emailing customercare-us@asics.com or by calling (855)233-3120. Returns are always free for OneASICS™ members using our prepaid return label. If you are not a OneASICS™ member, a $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using our prepaid return label. If you do not wish to be charged the $4.99 return shipping fee, you may use your own return shipping label or return the product in-store.
ASICS prepaid returns are serviced by FedEx and must be sent from inside the U.S. Please note that for any areas that are not serviced by FedEx, including but not limited to, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam, ASICS prepaid return labels will not be available.
Return using my own shipping method:
If you choose not to use the ASICS return label, you may return your eligible item(s) via your own shipping method to the address below. In order for your return to be accepted, you must use a service that tracks packages and follow the instructions below. Please note, when selecting your own shipping method, you are solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your merchandise and ASICS does not credit shipping costs for returned orders using your own shipping method. ASICS is not responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged, tampered with, or stolen in transit.
When packing your item(s), you must include with your package the order number and the reason for the return. Without this information, we are unable to identify the order and will not be able to refund the order.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days from the date you first mail your item(s) back for us to receive and process your return(s). All accepted returns will be credited back to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it and will include only the price paid for the item(s) and collected tax amounts (if any). Shipping fees are not refundable. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement. You will receive an email confirmation when we have finished processing your return. To avoid any processing delays, please take care to include all required information and return packing slips. ASICS does not assume responsibility for shipments that may be lost, damaged, tampered with, or stolen in transit.

What happens if I don't pick up my order?
ASICS store Pickup orders will be held for seven calendar days. If your order isn’t picked up within seven calendar days, we’ll cancel the order and issue a refund to your original form of payment.
FedEx Pickup orders will be held for seven calendar days. If your order isn’t picked up within seven calendar days, your order will be returned to our warehouse. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it.
When will my order be ready for me to pick up at the ASICS store or FedEx Location?
When your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive a pickup notification via email.
Can I change my pickup location after I placed an order using Order Pickup?
Once you have selected a pickup location and completed your order, you are not able to change your pickup location and you must pick up your order at the ASICS store or FedEx Location you originally selected. If you’re unable to pick up your order at the location you selected, you can let the pickup window expire. If the order is not picked up within the pickup window, the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded for any cancelled items.
How do I cancel/modify an order?
Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. [As a result, orders cannot be modified once they are placed. You may cancel your order within fifteen (15) minutes from the time the order was placed via the link provided in your order confirmation. If you do not cancel the order within fifteen (15) minutes from when it was initially placed, the order cannot be cancelled and will be processed accordingly. Orders that are “Pending” or “On Hold” cannot be cancelled.] If you have questions about making a return, please visit our return information page or call Customer Care at (855) 233-3120 during normal business hours.
Can I have someone else pick up my Order Pickup items?
At this time, both ASICS stores and FedEx Locations can only allow orders to be picked up by the person listed on the order.
How long will a store hold my Order Pickup order?

FedEx Pickup orders will be held for seven calendar days. If your order isn’t picked up within seven calendar days, your order will be returned to our warehouse. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it.
Can I apply discounts or promotions to my Order Pickup items?
You can apply any eligible discount or promotion to your order prior to check out on asics.com. We can not retroactively apply a discount or promotion to an existing order and do not allow price adjustments in store.
Where's the receipt for my Order Pickup item?
After your order is picked up, you will receive your receipt by email.
Can I cancel my Order Pickup order?
The order will be automatically canceled if it’s not picked up within the pickup window and a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for a credit to appear on your monthly statement.
My order contained the wrong items. What should I do?
If you discover after picking up your order that it is incorrect, please contact Customer Care by emailing customercare-us@asics.com or by calling (855)-233-3120 and we will be happy to assist you.
