In-Store and Curbside Pickup Terms

In these In-Store and Curbside Pickup Terms (“Terms”), “ASICS” or “we” refers to ASICS America Corporation. “You” or “customer” refers to the individual placing an order on ASICS.com. Please note that these Terms are subject to change without notice at any time. Please check these Terms and related policies each time prior to placing an order in case there are any changes.
At checkout, you will have the option to order items on ASICS.com and if available, pick them up for free at a local ASICS store (within fifty (50) miles of your zip code). “Pickup at Store” is listed as a shipping option during the checkout process. ASICS.com orders placed using the “Pickup at Store” option are fulfilled with inventory at the local store selected at checkout. By selecting that option you accept these Terms. After checkout with the “Pickup at Store” shipping option, ASICS will notify you by email when your order is ready for pick up. In stock orders placed before 2pm local time may be eligible for same day pick up, otherwise orders will be available within three (3) business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive a “Ready for Pick Up” email with details about In-store Pickup and Curbside Pickup options, where available. For either pickup option, the customer will need to bring a Government-issued photo ID and order confirmation number/email in order to pick up the order. Only the individual who placed the order and whose name appears on the order may pick up the order. Orders not picked up within seven (7) calendar days will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note that regardless of pickup method, customers must adhere to all social distancing guidelines then in place at the store location.
In-Store Pickup Option
After you have received a “Ready for Pick Up” email, in order to pick up your order utilizing the In-Store Pickup option, please visit the ASICS store location selected during checkout. Once at the ASICS store location, please let an ASICS store associate know you are picking up an online order and provide them with your order confirmation number/email. Prior to releasing your order to you, an ASICS store associate will verify the order using your Government-issued photo ID and order confirmation number/email. Please note all social distancing guidelines must be adhered to when picking up your order in-store.
Curbside Pickup Option
After you have received a “Ready for Pick Up” email, in order to pick up your order utilizing the Curbside Pickup option (where available), you will need to call the store location at the phone number listed in your “Ready for Pick Up” email. By phone, you will be asked to provide your name, last 4 digits of your order number, and your make, model and color of your vehicle, and our ASICS store associate will be able to direct you to the location for Curbside Pickup of your order. Please note that the customer is required to call the ASICS store location directly to coordinate Curbside Pickup. After you initiate a call to the ASICS store location, an ASICS store associate may call you back if necessary solely to coordinate Curbside Pickup of your order. Once you’ve coordinated the location of your Curbside Pickup, an ASICS store associate will greet you to verify the order using your Government-issued photo ID and order confirmation number/email and upon verification, load the order into your vehicle. If a store associate does not meet you within 15 minutes of the designated time for Curbside Pickup, please call the store location. By placing any calls to an ASICS store location regarding your Curbside Pickup, you represent that the number you are calling from is your own phone number, and consent to receive (a) call(s) from an ASICS store associate solely to coordinate your Curbside Pickup, and that cellular message and data rates may apply.
