Easy Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise purchased directly from ASICS in the U.S. may be returned within 90 calendar days of the date of purchase, whether purchased in-store or online, if the merchandise meets the following conditions:

  • Merchandise was purchased on asics.com or from an ASICS retail store. 
  • Merchandise must be returned within 90 calendar days of the date of purchase and in its original condition. Returns received after 90 calendar days will not be accepted. Original condition is defined as:
    • All tags still attached to product.
    • Material must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
    • Merchandise must be in its original packaging, including original shoe box.
    • Accessories must include all original items.
  • Reason for return must be indicated.

Certain exclusions may apply.*

ASICS does not accept return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than ASICS and www.asics.com. To return products purchased at another store or website, including authorized ASICS retailers, please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased or by other process provided by that retailer or seller.

ASICS reserves the right to make adjustments to the return policy from time to time, which are effective upon posting, and to deny any returns.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the merchandise price paid and collected tax amount, if any. A $4.99 Restocking Fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund for returns completed through the mail, as further described herein. The Restocking Fee will apply for each single total return and will not be applied to each returned item individually. Returns completed in an ASICS retail store will not be subject this fee.

Items received as a gift may be exchanged in store for an ASICS gift card based on the original purchase price paid, and any other return of such gift will be refunded to the purchaser in the original form of payment.

Returns can only be completed in the country where the product was purchased. For the U.S., returns and return shipments must be from inside the U.S. Online Returns for product purchased in store at an ASICS retail location are serviced by Fed Ex, and such returns will be unavailable for areas not serviced by Fed Ex, including, but not limited to, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam.

Returns Process

Return Online

You may return ASICS merchandise purchased directly from asics.com or an ASICS retail store with a credit card through our online process. Merchandise originally purchased with an ASICS gift card or cash cannot be returned through the online process and must be returned to an ASICS store.

ASICS does not assume responsibility for lost shipments.

1. To start the return process, click here and follow the instructions to print the applicable ASICS return shipping label to return your items in their original condition. Please note that there is a separate process in the portal for returns of ASICS store-purchased merchandise that is being returned online. 

You will need your order confirmation number to start the return process, which can be found on your order confirmation email or ASICS store receipt. You can also request a shipping label from Customer Care by emailing  customercare-us@asics.com or by calling  (855)-233-3120The $4.99 Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund when you use the ASICS return label.

2. If you choose not to use the ASICS label, ship items pre-paid to the address below in their original condition. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise using your own shipping method.  In order to receive a refund, you must include your order number in the package. Without an order number we are unable to identify the order that must be credited.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your item(s). All accepted returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your monthly statement. You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your return.

Return In Store

Bring your items to any ASICS store or ASICS outlet store in the U.S. for easy, free returns.

Please bring the original proof of purchase - order confirmation page, order details page, order email or receipt. If the return is accepted, ASICS will issue a refund to the original source of payment. If the items were shipped to you, please note that shipping is not refundable. Exchanges

ASICS offers limited exchanges. Exchanges are available in store only, and merchandise is not able to be exchanged online. If the amount of the merchandise received in an exchange is less than the purchase price of the original product, the difference will be provided with an ASICS gift card. You will be responsible for any price of the merchandise received pursuant to an exchange if it exceeds the value of the product you exchanged.

*Exclusions: In addition to any exclusions or requirements provided above:

  • No returns accepted more than 90 calendar days after date of purchase.
  • Some merchandise may have specific return requirements - please review the labels, hangtags, etc., for additional information.
  • Online returns not in original condition will not be accepted. 
  • Evidence or proof of purchase is required, such as original receipt or order email from ASICS. 
  • Gift cards cannot be returned. 
  • Merchandise noted as "clearance", "nonreturnable", "final sale" or similar designation may not be returned. 
  • Merchandise purchased through our Road Tested program is considered "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
  • Facemasks and other face coverings may not be returned for safety reasons, and all sales of such products are final. 
  • No personalized merchandise may be returned. 
  • For merchandise purchased in store with cash, any returns must be completed in store and such merchandise may not be returned online.
  • Other exclusions may apply. 

 

Return Fraud

ASICS takes fraud in all its forms very seriously, including return fraud. To keep our product first quality and our community safe, ASICS constantly monitors its return process. Anyone suspected of engaging in fraudulent returns or similar behavior may have their returns denied, no longer be permitted to purchase product through ASICS, and be subject to additional actions.
