Processing Time

Once you place your order through ASICS.com, please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing, prior to shipping. The Delivery Time provided below is in addition to this order processing time.

At checkout, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date for your order. The estimated delivery date includes processing time and is calculated based on the Shipping Address provided and the Shipping Method selected.

All orders shipped to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, P.O. Boxes (including U.S. P.O. Boxes) and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped though the United States Postal Service and may require extra delivery time.

We ship on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. 

Billing and Credit Card Details

To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank may result in delays to processing and delivery of your order. ASICS America is not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrectly entered billing information.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Any temporary authorizations placed on your card when placing an order should drop off in 3-5 business days as determined by your banking institution. Please see our FAQ page for additional information regarding authorizations.

Carrier Information

Orders to destinations within the U.S. (all 50 states & Washington DC), except for P.O. Box delivery, are serviced by FedEx or other ASICS preferred small parcel carrier.

Orders to Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, P.O. Boxes (including U.S. P.O. Boxes) and APO/FPO addresses are serviced by standard ground Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service and unfortunately cannot be expedited.

Canceling and modifying orders

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing your order. International shipping and billing

Except for orders to Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses, ASICS America does not ship direct to consumers internationally through ASICS.com and restricts shipments to international re-shippers or businesses that forward packages to international addresses, commonly referred to as freight forwarders. For customers in countries outside the United States or those locations listed above, please contact your local ASICS subsidiary or a local authorized ASICS retailer.
