As part of the ASICS initiative for a sound Earth, we're offering shoes a second lap to reduce waste. Athletes can now purchase returned shoes through the Road Tested program at a discounted price. Road Tested shoes have been returned due to sizing, color, fit or other reasons. They're cleaned, repurposed and offered to the next athlete.

The GEL-1090âą V2 sneaker from 2003 has been re-engineered with a modern lens. It's reworked with suede overlays and heel loops on the back for a more contemporary look.
Similar to the motion of a waving checkered flag, sweeping lines appear along the midsole. Meanwhile, the heel is layered with GELâą technology to improve comfort.
