METASPEED & SONICBLAST™ 2 GIFT WITH PURCHASE ("Campaign")
Terms & Conditions
1. The Campaign is organised by ASICS VIETNAM LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ("ASICS") in accordance with these Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") applicable to all the participants (each a "participant" / "you").
2. By participating in the Campaign, you accept and agree to be bound by these T&Cs. ASICS reserves the right to modify or amend the T&Cs (including to extend, modify, or terminate the Campaign and the Campaign Period) at any time. Participants are advised to access ASICS's website from time to time to view the T&Cs and to ensure to be kept up to date on any change or variation to the T&Cs.
3. Campaign Period: The Campaign is valid from 9 October 2026 to 20 October 2026 ("Campaign Period").
4. Requirements: To join this Campaign, you must:
a. Be a OneASICS™ Loyalty Program member;
b. Make a minimum purchase of VND 10,000,000 (inclusive of VAT) in a single transaction during the Campaign Period. Such purchase must include at least one (1) pair of ASICS METASPEED or ASICS SONICBLAST™ 2 shoes;
c. Make all purchases at any of the following direct-to-consumer ("DTC") channels ("Eligible Channels"):
- (i) ASICS retail store located in Crescent Mall;
- (ii) The official ASICS Vietnam website (https://www.asics.com/vn/en-vn/);
- (iii) The ASICS SEA mobile application.
- (For the avoidance of doubt, partner reseller purchases and purchases made outside the Eligible Channels do not qualify for this Campaign. 4a, 4b, and 4c are collectively, the "Requirements").
5. Prize Details: The first ten (10) customers who satisfy all of the Requirements during the Campaign Period will each receive:
- One (1) Techcombank Ho Chi Minh City Marathon 21KM BIB valued at VND 1,685,000; and
- One (1) Pocari Sweat PET 500ml x 24 valued at VND 360,000.
The Prize is subject to availability and while stocks last. Each qualifying transaction that meets the Requirements shall be entitled to only one (1) Prize.
6. The Techcombank Ho Chi Minh City Marathon 21KM BIB is subject to the organiser's terms and conditions, including registration, participation and event rules. ASICS is not responsible for the organisation, conduct, postponement, cancellation or modification of the event.
7. Prizes will be redeemed via email only. Eligible participants will receive redemption instructions by email after the Campaign Period.
8. ASICS’s decision regarding the Campaign is final. No correspondence, challenge, or appeal will be entertained. ASICS has sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Campaign should the Requirements are not met without any obligations to furnish any notice and/or reason to the person/ participant.
9. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable. No cash or other substitution may be made.
10. If the Campaign cannot continue due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, government restrictions, widespread system failures, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ASICS that make continuation impossible, ASICS may cancel, terminate, modify, postpone, or suspend the Campaign, provided that any such action is taken only to the extent strictly necessary in light of the circumstances. Participants are advised to access ASICS's website from time to time to view the T&Cs and to ensure to be kept up to date on any necessary changes or variation to the T&Cs.
11. Any suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Campaign, engaging in resale activities or if any attempt is made to participate in the Campaign in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of these T&Cs will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize awarded.

13. These T&Cs are in addition to and without prejudice to the terms and conditions for purchase of ASICS products.
14. To the extent permitted by law, ASICS (including its group companies, officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person arising in any way out of or in connection with this Campaign.
15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, by participating in the Campaign, all participants agree to release and hold harmless ASICS, its affiliates, each of ASICS's officers, directors, employees and agents against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Campaign or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, or any other cause(s) beyond ASICS' reasonable control.
16. By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to ASICS collecting, using, storing and processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting eligible participants, prize fulfilment, and other purposes reasonably connected with the Campaign, in accordance with applicable laws and ASICS' Privacy Policy.
17. ASICS respects your privacy and will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
